RAD Construction came out to provide me with an estimate for foundation repairs after I experienced some cracks around my homes exterior stucco and sticking interior doors. Russ did a thorough inspection both inside and out and was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.

Russ was very honest about what repairs I needed and what could wait and even let me crawl around the foundation with him to give me a lesson on what to watch out for and what could become an issue in the future. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service and honesty in my experience with contractors. I would highly recommend RAD Construction to anyone needing repairs.

My wife and I are first time homeowners, who happened to buy a house that ended up having some major foundation issues. We definitely shopped around before picking a company to do the repairs that the structural engineer recommended and were more than a little terrified going into this as it was our first major undertaking as homeowners. One month later we are sitting here in our structurally sound house and we are so grateful that we went with R.A.D.! Russ did a great job of making us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always kept us posted on the next step and made sure that we didn t have any unpleasant surprises. Adrian and the other guys were great as well! Everyone accommodated our questions, concerns, and even our two cats! We never had to worry about who was coming or going each day while we were both at work. We really can t say enough about how great this process was which is NOT what we were expecting to say at the end of the scariest process we ve gone through to date as homeowners. Thanks to everyone at R.A.D. for always going above and beyond to make this old house of ours stable so that we can start making it our home!!!

Manny at RAD did an awesome job at the pier and foundation crack repair on my house. He was happy to answer all my questions leading up to the work and Manny even went out of his way to meet with me to go over the scope of the project. The crew was incredibly polite and diligent and even got the job done a day ahead of schedule. I could not be happier with the service RAD provided!

Garage foundation remove & replace. Russ is a good (in this field), confident (reason why I selected his outfit over others) and knowledgable man. Proj was Thanksgiving '19 time & was 10 days or so. Reality 5. Crew clean & professional. Happy by far w/ procedure, method and final results. I will select RAD Construction again w/o any hessy (for WP Fans)!!!

This is the most over priced foundation specialist! I feel sorry for home owners that use this company. Recently I received a quote of $25,000. For a foundation repair that we corrected for less than $5,000. I flip homes for a living and everyone always laughs when we see a estimate for repairs from RAD. Home owners beware.they are way over priced. I used pheonix construction who did a great job on my foundation repair and only cost me $5,000. What a big difference

Excellent work on the foundation at one of our commercial apartment buildings. Everyone at RAD communicated thoroughly, performed their work diligently, and above all else, demonstrated pride in their craftsmanship. Not the cheapest quote we received, but they came *strongly* recommended from people I trust who have deep construction knowledge and experience, and Russ and Dianne exceeded those high expectations. What a great experience this has been.

Honest inspection. I kept looking for things to fix. Inspector told me that they were cosmetic and not to worry.
