My wife and I are first time homeowners, who happened to buy a house that ended up having some major foundation issues. We definitely shopped around before picking a company to do the repairs that the structural engineer recommended and were more than a little terrified going into this as it was our first major undertaking as homeowners. One month later we are sitting here in our structurally sound house and we are so grateful that we went with R.A.D.! Russ did a great job of making us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always kept us posted on the next step and made sure that we didn t have any unpleasant surprises. Adrian and the other guys were great as well! Everyone accommodated our questions, concerns, and even our two cats! We never had to worry about who was coming or going each day while we were both at work. We really can t say enough about how great this process was which is NOT what we were expecting to say at the end of the scariest process we ve gone through to date as homeowners. Thanks to everyone at R.A.D. for always going above and beyond to make this old house of ours stable so that we can start making it our home!!!
