Good sized venue rooms, Hydrate bar has a great atmosphere and cool looking pool tables to have a game with your mates, haven't personally stayed in the resort so I can't comment on that side of the resort.
Only wish they had a courtesy bus as it's a little out of the way to get to personally. Drinks are average prices but wish they had a happy hour or drink specials.

I stayed there for a night and the room was good but food was awful. First thing I put in my mouth was a Samosa and with the first bite I noticed a long hair in it. I took it to the waitress and showed them. Steak was cold. Chicken and fish were bland, I could eat the salad. Then in the morning the bread they brought for breakfast was almost dry and they sold it as a fresh bread.

We didn't stay - as locals we turn up for the Sunday morning buffet. It was awesome - kids still talking about it.

Golf courses and Japanese restaurants are expensive compared to the surrounding hotels.

We stayed here at a 2 bedroom family suite and could not have been happier. We really liked the location, as it is equidistant to all the the theme parks and close to the centre of Surfers (about 10 minute drive) and yet the setting is very nice as the resort is fully surrounded by greenery - gold course, football (soccer) pitch or swimming pool area. The apartment itself was excellent - walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom with a nice bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Outside areas are very well maintained. Excellent place and we will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Nice room, had a few issues with WiFi but the management was great.... and solved the issue.

Tee's Cafe the best omelettes and breakfast salad and great staff. Enjoy!

Rooms are ok, but they miss on the simple things like the kettle lead isn't long enough to plug into ANY of the outlets in the room with out it being on an angle like this.

Room and bed were comfortable, service was good, adequate range of foods for buffet, and wet and dry play areas for the kids.

Free parking under building. Free wifi. Away from the chaos.

This was a superb accommodation and very comfortable. The food was of a high standard and quantity. They could possibly benefit from a shuttle service into popular locations.

I will definitely come back. Much better option than Surfers Paradise.

Partner had a Hens Party here which she said was great.

Enjoy the feeling of being woken up by the sun. Breakfast is recommended for sitting outdoors.

Actually about 4.5 stars , a lot of good stuff for families. The Ballroom is fantastic rooms are spacious an nice food availability when large numbers of guests are there is ok but unless you do room service be prepared for delays.

Very spacious place for a convention. The entrance is beautiful and staff were attentive.

Great atmosphere but their rooms aren't best suited for a family.

Royal Pines is our go to place every time we go to the Gold Coast. Rooms are excellent, location is perfect, family friendly with amenities and facilities for all. Their swimming pools are great, both for kids and adults. Swimming pools are patrolled for everyone's safety.

A good resort for both tourist and business leasure. The pool is perfect for families but I wished there was a more basic pool for just swimming. Location is fairly central to other attractions but maybe not the best. I can imagine the resort being perfect for a company retreat or to hold an end of year gathering

A hotel to spend a few days resting the most pleasant

Fabulous hotel!! Perfect for families with kids!! Great playground and amazing swimming pool one for little ones, other with sand and slides and other for just fun. Rooms are new and clean, even the bathrooms. We will definetly cone back!

Lovely place to stay. Amazing buffet restaurant with friendly service and a lovely wedding chapel.

Playing an early game in the summer toe beat the heat... But 4 ball 18holes without a drink cart passing and very old cart is not in today's standard. Can't see why pay the price is there isn't any quality.

Good course bad management

Didn't stay at the resort itself but had a tour of the grounds. Very impressive landscape that is immaculately maintained. Staff very friendly

The rooms are nice, the staff pleasant. I loved the dinner we had at the conference I was attending. The lifts from the carpark to the rooms are a pain and the signs on the road entry are a bit ambiguous so I had to guess where to go. The remote to use the tv is quite frustrating as I couldn't change channels without exiting back to menu changing there then going back into tv. Overall I liked the place other than a few frustrations.

Attended a wedding here and was blown away by how beautiful this place is! The grounds are very well maintained.

Great venue! Available food was expensive but was of an ok standard. Was attending a one day event so cannot comment on accommodation.

A large piece of green space, but the triangular building, and each unique house can see the outside scenery, the corridor design is very unique, but every time you go downstairs and then return to the room, it seems like you have to find a few Only then will I find my room.

Beautiful rooms, stunning pools, delicious restaurants, chic level rooms that inspire me with my own place - but noisy neighbours at 1am in the morning keeping me awake, I can here their conversation clear as day.

I had a look at a town house to buy and was very impressed with the park land and surrounding of the resort

It is at a great location and massive as well. Very well run and managed by the RACV group. One of the best golf courses one the gold coast.

We went for high tea and the food was lovely and the service was great.

We stayed here for a conference. They had great facilities, the catering was excellent, plenty of options, and food, and the quality was impressive. A hard thing to do for a large conference. Rooms were clean amm, spacious and very nice. Would recommend staying here.

Had the opportunity of staying here on Wednesday night for the coffee club function. Somehow we got to stay in an executive suite on level 22 and it was amazing!! Pity it was only 1 night.. Definitely coming back there for another holiday one day. Extremely helpful and friendly staff as well.

It's a beautiful resort and the staff were really friendly. But I found the life saver in the pool was quiet rude to my family. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

We had mothers day breakfast at the Cafe downstairs. Food was great, and they allowed dogs in the terrace downstairs. Great for getting your dog out of the house!

Played golf on the green and gold courses. It was fantastic. Great course and a must do for any keen golfer.

Went to Royal Pines to celebrate a 100 year birthday. An afternoon High Tea was served for 14 guests. The food was excellent and the service superb. Amazing views of the Gold Coast from the restaurant on the 21st floor where the event was celebrated. Handy undercover free parking.

Attended for a conference, staff were very friendly and pointed me in the right direction when I didn't exactly know where the conference was held. Food provided my the resort was delicious as always.

Beautiful golf course, great layout, plenty of good restaurants. Unfortunately a game of golf is getting costly now and if you throw in a few drinks it s a very expensive day.

Great for families. Lots of things for kids to do. A few Kms from surfers and broadbeach. But there is a shuttle bus and electric car for hire. We had a great time.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, next time I will plan it better because I have more information on the Resort and area around it. One thing I didn't like was the photos on the website vs the real room. The photos are giving you a expectation that the room is bigger and better then it really is.

Getting a little dated.
In three days there I only had a bar man say "Hey how can I help you".
So not sure what to say of the hospitality but there lacking off, much to be desired.
Food good.
Rooms were clean and tidy.
Kids liked it.
The water park is good. Don't forget your pass or you can't get in.

Great venue, amazing facilities and friendly staff. A bit out of the way but it's easy to get around.
