My Fiance and I have stayed here on multiple occasions and we honestly love it, very affordable and very nice at the same time, we have had very good experiences everytime and will definitely be back

There are a lot of dust under the bed, swimming pools need to internal heater, staff of breakfast unfriendly.

My sister in-law was staying here for work, and my daughter and o came to visit her for the day. Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, food wasn't too bad either. Would recommend

Going to the top floor revolving restaurant, the buffet is really not good, only taking pictures.

Hotel amenities were fair and pleasant, however Relish restaurant seemed understaffed on our visit. We waited a long time for service. Our service staff were superb though.

Best place of my hotel rooms . happy swimming pool. Most comfortable bed !! Comfortable sleeping. Thanks about service and check-in staff is so kind. Cuz when i put key on my room. She give me one key more. Thank you !!

our weekend was totally ruined after the VOCO resort never told us they cancelled our booking even after i phoned them Monday to confirm a was good and sort parking, Abby helped us with a great room tried tp sort transfer of out payment but VOCO cancelled it rather then transferring it over, Abby was a pleasure and made a bad situation great again highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza Gold Coast with staff like Abby thank you for a great weekend

The quality of room service really let it down , Apart from that was a good place 4 our stay !!! My fiancee proposed so i will always have a little place in my heart for the crowne plaza !

Be careful when extending your stay at this hotel because they will quote you a cheap rate of circ $105 but when you check out you will be charged $310 even though the rates on the internet are $124-$160. Beware of getting ripped!
Edit: To be fair the manager agreed to charge $169 the next day.

Great location excellent front staff but chefs at live counter needs lot of training in customer service to be polite and respectful busy or not.

Had a great night at my sister's wedding. Staff were great, particularly Anne and her team. Food superb, with the buffet breakfast the standout.

Rooms were very clean snd modern with exquisite views.

Best stay I've had at the Gold Coast in years.

Great place for a special occasion or just to spoil yourselves! Fantastic 360 degree views and the food - seafood in particular - was fresh & plentiful. I wasn't a fan of the desserts but that would be my only negative.
Would definitely recommend!

It is good. Just one thing, you want parking? $15/a day, you want ocean view? $20/a day.
I feel like a little bit of hidden costs.

And also, I had many ants in the room which is very little tiny one around fridge area.

Wonderful views Comfy rooms ... well appointed. .. travel train stop outside the front door very handy

I took some time for my body to get use to the rotation whilst eating, food was decent, ribs were overcooked, as was the pork belly. Seafood range was fairly limited. The view was beautiful.

Really old and out dated rooms. Check in and service was pretty good. Pool area is nice ,however its close the coastline and the few days we tried to use the pool, it was fairly windy and cold to hang around the pool area.

There is a tram line right outside the hotel, to get you closer to the hustle and bustle of main street.

Lovely family get away. Huge pool, great spa, friendly staff, sensibly proceed food in bar. Nice room with ocean views.

Great to visit and the 360 Restaurant never disappoints.

Staff friendly and helpful. General cleanliness disappointing. (Carpet in hallways very grotty, beer cans in lifts and wine bottles outside lift when we checked in, still there on checkout the next day). 2 bed room for $180, but 1 chair. No toaster, no plates, no cutlery bar one teaspoon. No heating in bathroom. Air conditioner - no flow so stuffy with door shut (which we wanted to seeing as it was winter). Lastly, I know all hotels do it, but the linen made a very uncomfortable night for me. With no sheet or light blanket, I was first too hot, then too cold. Those doonas may be economical for the hotel, but they do not suit all people.

Stayed in the gold tower and the views of surfers were amazing. But the buffet breakfast is what will draw me back for another visit very soon

The food from the restaurant (Four winds revolving restaurant) at the top of this hotel was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating!

Having been to this restaurant multiple times it can be a bit of a gamble on whether it is a hit or miss on the quality of the food. Overall, still very good.

Booked an expensive night away to celebrate husband birthday and upcoming wedding anniversary. Specified birthday weekend and needed a quiet room as we are light sleepers. Disappointed as we were placed on 6th floor and it was very noisy including early bin truck rounds on a Sunday. Not one mention of birthday, no upgrade and weren't even asked on checking out if we had a good stay. Sorry Crowne Plaza...we won't be back.

I love the food, the staff are friendly.and the view is amazing. Too many Asians though.

Absolutely beautiful! I was only there 1 night but would have loved to stay more. Room was large and clean with a small balcony, good air conditioning, big corner bath and shower (very spacious bathroom). The hotel also had a pool and tennis court which we didn't use but could see from our balcony, both looked very well kept. Ordered room service which was a reasonable price, large serving and quick. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as cost seemed excessive.. lots of nice cafes near-by and very accessible public transport (right across the road from a tram station!)

Some of the facilities (car park, in room TV) could use refurbishment, but rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast quality and variety was good.

Just picked up some friends from the foyer. Looks really nice from that perspective as I was not aguest.

The views are spectacular and the food is amazing as always. Plenty of availability with the seafood, so many oysters and prawns, and the entree bar was delicious. Would have been nice to see a little more variety in mains but really, you go there for the seafood. Plenty of delicious dessert varieties too. Overall, fantastic time, views and food.

Great service, hotel was ok, but its not near anything, you need to catch a taxi to go anywhere (restaurant, shops, beach, etc). The Chinese restaurant was amazing (a little pricey, but worth it)

The swimming pool has no area for kids to play.
Small televisions in the room for relaxing.
The room service is very over priced.
I ordered chicken breast with veges. Cold & dry chicken with a couple of mushrooms & greens.
Others ordered from SIFU downstairs & waited for 2 hours to get food after complaints & then it came up absolutely stone cold. We were told it because it was busy but im sorry if restaurants are busy the food will NOT be cold.

Stayed on the fifth floor for a weekend away, service was impeccable, it was great to see a hotel that actually acted on it's noise policy(we had very noisy neighbours the first night) and all the restaurants in the hotel were fantastic

Can't say enough good things about this place. My room was incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Nice easy parking and delicious resturant menu. Can't wait for my next stay!

We were staying somewhere else but when to the bar for a drink and watch some jazz beautiful flowers and great music.

Right across from a tram stop so good location to get to places, though not too much within walking distance. Room was nicely presented and well maintained though lacking in the view department due to surrounding buildings.

My favourite place to go, love the food, love the view, love the atmosphere. Thank you Crowne Plaza and Four Winds Revolving Restaurant.

The restaurant, Four Wind, is okay. Only worth it for the rotating restaurant experience. The price paid for the lunch limited selection is definitely not worth it. I understand that alcohol would be extra, but they also charge soda for buffet. My opinion is that only go there for high tea for the view.

Very clean, and fully equipped apartment. Staff made me feel so welcome. Love this place.

Great large room on the 19th floor with nice views of the beach. The spa bath was awesome, loved it.

Great choice with buffet breakfast, amazing service in the wine bar Balthazar downstairs.
