Great resort, excellent golf course and sensational food and service

Stunning and challenging golf course. The entire course was redone about 2 years ago and plays beautifully now with lots of indulation and deep bunkers. Bring your a-game :) haven't tried the resort yet...

Excellent place for a weekend trip, great food , nice staff and what a view

We booked late on a Friday night after a terrible experience at another resort.. the lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely. We were upgraded at no extra cost, purely due to the terrible service we had previously received. The staff at Royal Pines are very professional, friendly, helpful and in our opinion provided us with exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back next time we re on the GG!

Had an awesome deep tissue massage at the spa with the wife. Great rasul and great facilities. Beautiful spa.

I attended a wedding here over the weekend. The waiters during pre dinner drinks were very clueless and unhelpful in helping me to find out if food they were offering was vegan. Didn't offer to find out and would just say "I'm not sure what is vegan". On the other hand, the waiters during the reception were on it from the second we sat down.

Wonderful we absolutely loved it swimming area and playgrounds were amazing kids loved it!

Excellent... you must try Arakawa Japanese s restaurant and Videre fine dining

Great hotel with awesome rooms. Coffee staff (at pool and cafeteria) can be bit on the slow side but end result is good. The highlight was easily the Clubhouse - good food and nice location. The gym staff were great and came up with great suggestion for local run track.

beautifully presented resort just out of surfers paradise features a day spa, adjoining golf course and several restaurants, luxurious spa rooms are practical and comfortable, food is generously portioned and delicious, staff are on hand and always friendly and helpful, great for couples, conventions and families.

Great conference, seminar and meeting place. Well appointed food and beverage places. Golfing or business or even holiday, great location too. Well worth a visit, or two.

Fabulous integrated resort with superb accommodation. Championship golf course, tennis courts, pool and a great variety of restaurants. Run by the RACV....so its good.

Excellent facilities and a very enjoyable stay. We especially enjoyed the new waterpark!

Beautiful surroundings, great facilities for adults, golfers and children. Breakfast is a bit boring. For the last 5 days same food, no variety :(.

Great golf course, great accommodation, go the spa suite. Get your coffee from the golf cafe in the morning as its better than the breakfast buffet

Room outdated and tired, cleanliness was poor. On the up side front line staff were nice and friendly. Food offering was also poor though.

I understand that the golf course was closed because of COVID19.
However, all other golf courses are currently in operation on May 5.
Nevertheless, it does not make sense that only the RACV golf course was closed.
I hope you show more interest in the customers' needs.

staff are lovely and go above and beyond. 8 restaurants, a water park and golf course - you won't want to leave.

Very friendly staff from the checking staff at reception to the lady who takes care of your room. Rooms are immaculate . The gym is very well equipped and large, pool very relaxing with a separate pool area for young children that looks like a mini fun park. The view of our room had an amazing 280 degree view of the gold coast and hinterland.Plenty of restaurants if you don't want to leave the complex.

Great service and great food. Wait staff were friendly and always attentive. Always a pleasure, when we have time to visit.

Great place for business and family stays. A number of dining options and easy access to surfers paradise via shuttle or public transport.
