I go for the giraffe encounters. Feeding Mac and his nephew Jabari, their two adult male Masai giraffes, is a genuine thrill.

Cost jusy a little not like Milwaukee zoo size wise. Not as large very nice zoo lots of animals agood place to go for sure

The holiday light show for 2020 is really nice. And the lady who greeted us showed us to her friend. When we left we saw a dog.

I seen more animals in my backyard then the Zoo. Sorry. My kids were very underwhelmed.

Fun Father's Day at the Zoo. First time here and it's a nice Zoo for the Family. Small yes, but not the craziness you get at the larger zoos. Parked with 100yrds of the entrance even. Lots a families with small kiddos.

Chinese lantern display is amazing! Worth the entrance fee!

The little zoo with a big heart. Great place to go with family or just to enjoy the scenery. I love that this zoo is AZA accredited, it shows their dedication to their animals wellbeing and education.

A great, reasonably priced zoo overlooking Lake Michigan. It's fairly small, so easy to get through without tiring out the family, but we'll kept. There's a wonderful playground for kids, and lots of places to stop and enjoy the park-like grounds.

It's a small zoo but really nice. Lots of exhibits. Staff is great. There's a playground for the kids. You can feed giraffes. Small gift shop.

This is a very nice little zoo. The grounds are nice and well kept and they have some pretty exotic animals for a small park. The prices of the food and beverages were very reasonable too. Nice place to take the family.

We went for the China Lights display and it was beautiful!! They displays were spread out wonderfully!

They need more hummus options and it would be 5 stars. When I went to the zoo before they had a near limitless supply.

Love the zoo. Small but good variety of animals, beautiful grounds with a view of Lake Michigan, friendly staff who do a great job of keeping visitors mask compliant, not crowded, great price. Hot weather moderated by the cool lake breeze. What more can I ask for?

So small than I thought but I like the Milwaukee zoo the best because it bigger and more animals for kids to see. Just went car show this afternoon my kids enjoy the car show.

The free summer band concerts are a big draw for folks who enjoy the simple pleasures of yesteryear.

Excellent small local zoo. Great place for a small family outing. We love going with the two kids and enjoying the scenery while we have a picnic. Or just for a nice walk on the weekends.

Nice little zoo right along the lakeshore. Animals seem happy and the was lots of enrichment in their cages. Only $4 for winter admission.

We went and saw the Lantern festival. It was great and very pretty.

The staff is great 5 stars. The zoo ok. It was nice 27 years ago

We had a great time, as always. Our 8 year old always really enjoys the playground. We have been there often enough that the animals seem like old friends.

As I watched the orangutans, it reminded me of a video I saw on Instagram where a gorilla flung pooh over a zoo wall on to a grandmother's face. Classic.

Small, but has great exhibits. My toddler loves it! Bonus there multiple playgrounds!

We love the lions here and love to watch how they are cared for. I've always had mixed feelings about zoos in general ( the captivity of wild animals not wanting to live in a cage for life). My first visit here was a turn off, i thought it was small, and the animals looked depressed. I talked with my husband about it and he suggested i give it another go, only this time asking lots of questions about each animal. I was surprised and impressed to find out the animals are rescues and they do not breed. We really like this zoo now, are members and are backing the education they do. We love you little Racine Zoo!!!

A Gem of a place. Chinese Lanterns were beautiful to visit.

All the animals look like they aren't fed properly.. it just looks like a sad zoo..

The number of animals has decreased in recent years, and the cost of tickets has increased. Despite this, it is worth it to see kid's reactions to seeing the animals that they have there.

Racine zoo is the perfect family spot. Affordable for the experience. Great animals and playground for the kids!

We had a great day at the zoo. The animals seem to be treated pretty great here, and really just got to enjoy a beautiful day seeing some amazing animals.

The Racine Zoo has definitely improved over the last couple of years! It s great for children and adults. The zoo also lies along the shores of Lake Michigan which makes the scenery beautiful! They have a great bird and goat area to pet and interact with the birds!

Nice zoo for really little kids. Kids over 5 might get bored. Very spread out, be prepared to walk.

The 2 rhinos couldn t be here but in one bigger zoo

There is a walk bike path that travels past the zoo with a path to the beach benches artwork, paths also to the cliffs, well lit by park style lamp posts, saw dog walkers, the waves were crashing the beach making for an exillerating romantic walk at 8 pm and dark on the moonless night.

A beautiful zoo right on Lake Michigan. Perfect size for small kids to see everything before tiring out.

Have a great Christmas display. I would recommend to anyone in the Christmas spirit!

Went here for the Great Lakes Brew festival. Large open areas are wonderful. It's right next to the lake.

Decent for a smaller zoo. Exhibits are smaller with less of a selection of animals, but I would recommend for a short, partial day trip.

We did the igloo's. Our group had a lot of fun. The staff who came in and showed us our animal (we had a snake ) was very nice. She took her time and let us all take pictures. She answered every question and gave us some facts about the snake and even told us about the zoo and where the animals were kept in the winter. Great food, great service, great experience. I would 100% recommend doing the igloo's.

Same and spacious for small children and adults to have a stress free day.

Very up close and intimate experience with the animals, the keepers take great care of them and a great place to bring your family. Looking forward to our next visit!

The Lions were a big attraction, so we're the monkeys!

Animal crackers is an excellent jazz series each year. Great music, good food and drink at low prices, and a great audience. A must see.

spaces for some of the bigger animals needs to be bigger

I love this zoo. It's small enough to make a complete circuit in just a couple hours, but with small kids, that's a blessing. My kids enjoyed feeding the parakeets, and I'm looking forward to them being old enough to feed the giraffes.
