He pulled up the car I was interested in so I could throroughly inspect it for any signs of leaks, or possible long term damage. The CarFax report was also presented to me by request, which really helped narrow down the vehicle I wanted. The finance manager was also very helpful and wasn't majorly aggressive with their monthly package plans. Thanks again!

I have a 2017 Honda Accord and I bought 4 brand new tires from this dealership and it was all down hill from that point...Each time I left the dealership I ended up with flat tires. The first time I had a bent rim and they forgot to tell me. So I came back and bought a new rim, only to leave the dealership again with more flat tires again and again. After all my visits I finally gave up and went to an actual tire shop where they said the tires weren t installed correctly. Customer service was horrible, their way of fixing the issue was by introducing me to a sales person and trying to get me to trade in my car... such a time consuming and horrible experience wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
Slim Shady. They apply window etching (a dealer scam from the 80s) that they charge $299 for. They've already applied the etching to vehicles and claim it cannot be removed yet, it's not included in the advertised price. You can buy an etching kit for $25 on Amazon.

Honestly I was blown away at the at how great the process was for buying a used car here. Tommy (Tom Platt) gets 10,000 thumbs up - if you're unsure or nervous about the whole experience, ask for him - he will walk you through everything and carefully explain your best options, and work with you to make sure that you end up comfortable with your decision.
This was my first time buying a car and I was pretty anxious before walking in the door. Really anxious, actually. But I felt 0 pressure over the week that I communicated with Tom and truly felt like I had all the time and info I needed. He was honest and up front about pricing and what he was able to do for me, and when the car I was looking for wasn't available, he helped me find an alternative that I ended up liking even better.

I bought a late model Ford Edge we seen on their website. Absolutely no pressure! Upon the inspection I found a few things that needed to be corrected. I thought the price was fare so didn't ask for any price reduction. Instead just asked for the things that were pointed out to be addressed. My sales person was David Schuch who was very attentive and made my my wife and I feel important. I also met with Doug Kiscellus the Sales Manager of Racine to discuss my concerns and he assured us he would take care of them. We then met with Amos from Finance to finish up with the paper work. Very easy! We live a couple of hours away and the next day we had some snow discovered that our rear wiper was not working.. I contacted David and Doug and they told me to go have it fixed and they would pay for it so we didn't have to drive back to Racine. They have a first class team at Racine Honda and it was a pleasure doing business with them :)

Everybody at the Racine Honda dealership are quite friendly, easy to talk to and exude a relaxed atmosphere. They worked with me to achieve the best deal possible that matched my financial goals. I ve had negative experiences with other dealerships that have caused me to tread lightly and be wary of certain situations; not at Racine Honda. The manager was very disrespectful and treated me like I was homeless. The sales person kept trying to put me in base models and kept trying to tell me "it might be a little much for you." I ended up going to Muller Honda of Gurnee. Shawn Moore took great care of me and really listened to me. I got what I wanted without the hassle!

Jesse and Payton were quite personable making it easy to be honest to get the vehicle we wanted at the price that works for us. Outstanding customer service from Jayden Garrison. The moment we walked in the door he came to greet us and took time to help an indecisive person make his mind for a car purchase. He kept showing me models and colors to help me pick all while being extremely patient and professional. We bought a used minivan from Racine Honda in July 2019. Last week, noticed the thermostat was moving over to red. Took the vehicle to a local chain store, and they wanted to charge $700 for a new radiator. I called Racine Honda and asked if they could help me out. They looked it over and determined it was a hose and clamp. Just under $200. When I spoke to the general manager about my happiness of the repair, he offered to refund the money. Super excellent service. I had a loaner car while the work was being done.

Buyer Beware!!! They had a vehicle listed for 7k. After sitting around for over an hour, they said it would be 9800 out the door. Taxes are like 350 so they wanted 2500 in fees! Really?!?! The vehicle was also inspected supposedly but had a rusted broken frame bracket. Look on cars.com reviews I am not the only person to have this issue. Completely dishonest and misleading!
