This was the best car buying experience I had. I did my research, contacted several dealers online and asked for prices right away. Nate Haggerty from Racine Honda, along with other dealers, responded to my email the next day. He matched the lowest price offered by another dealer in Illinois and got our vehicle within two days as promised (it was a dealer trade). We set an appointment and picked up our new 2016 Civic today. No pricing games, no "let me talk to a manager for the hundredth time". We agreed on everything via email and they stayed true to their offer. Nate explained everything in great details and the whole process took about two hours, including financing. Great experience, professional staff. This is the first time I didn't feel exhausted after buying a car. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer.
I was in town visiting family from out West. Preparing to leave on the long journey home to Washington, I went by Honda Racine to have fluid levels checked and tires aired. Rodney in the Service Dept. was very helpful and courteous. He jumped to the task and made sure my car was "topped off" for the trip ahead. I offered to pay but he kindly said to not worry about it. Grateful for the service and hospitality!

I usually do not leave reviews but for them I have to. I was recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. The customer service, the friendly and helpful atmosphere that they provided was spectacular. The first place I went to said my check engine light was going to cost me a couple grand, as for here to find out I was covered under warranty. Definitely coming back and would recommend YOU to stop on in!

Edgar is absolutely amazing at what he does. I felt very comfortable during my interaction with him. He helped go through every option available for me, explaining everything in an understanding manner, and also made sure he was going to get me into something I was comfortable with. I was not able to purchase that day unfortunately but I do intend on going back to him when I do plan on buying, I also recommend all my friends and family to go by him when looking for cars. The environment that have here is to help their customers find something based off their preference and needs and not push them into a car that they ll hate down the road.
