I purchased a $2m home from Rohe & Wright in River Oaks and it was so poorly built I found out after the fact. Water damage incurred that our inspection company was unable to detect. 4 other families in our subdivision he built have had to move out of their homes for the same reason. He bankrupted the company because he knew there were issues. He s still building under different entities. BEWARE of this individual he is a scam artist builder. I can t tell you how many lawsuits he has against him and his partner. Google it. DO YOUR RESEARCH before you buy one of his properties or hire him as your builder. This man should be locked up. So sad there are individuals like this in the world.
