This company is worst ever and the customer service is really bad and they got all my order wrong I won't be using this company again

Always use novachrome as they have a good range of stock and there technical service is second to none, also all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

I own a Pet Food and accessory Business. Deanos Pet Food. I came across Nova Chrome whilst researching personalised printing to add to my business model.

I have to say, Nova Chrome have been absolutely fantastic in terms of equipment and accessories , but above all, their Customer Service and support is absolutely top class.

I spent a full day with Ian at Nova Chrome, as he went through the printing processes , answered endless questions I had and totally supported me in setting up.

The support doesn t end when a sale is made, it simply continues for as long as you need it.

I could not ask for more, and would highly recommend this company to anyone starting out in the Sublimation printing field as well as those seasoned printers and creators

I have just started to use Nova Chrome, although I have been in the industry for over 12 years now. I placed an order with Carly which arrived promptly as you would expect. However, I was so impressed with the professionalism , knowledge and friendliness of Carly that I wanted to write a review. If she is an example of the service that is provided by Nova Chrome I will certainly be using them again. Nova chrome are very lucky to have such a professional and pleasant member of staff. Not sure why there are bad reviews on here relating to their customer service, our experience is they have top quality customer service, always willing to help and advise, and their products are of top quality also. I would highly recommend this company

Exceptional product and customer service. Met them at Sign & Digital and visited their office and demo showroom for training, and to collect our new equipment - simply can't fault them. Good business decision on our part to go with them.

Absolute worst ever customer service EVER swear waste of time and money go with other company s if you need Sublimation stuff go with someone else TRUST ME they will rob you at any given chance and give you very poor training and help they are only about only about the money and don t even help you

It was fantastic to find a sublimation supplier during this pandemic that actually answered the phone and wanted to help. We needed a new heatpress urgently and Novachrome could not have been more helpful.
The very next day we purchsed a mug press which we hd been looking to get from Novachrome simply due to the first class service and great staff.
