Quest Laboratories Review

Had routine labs twice at this location - late afternoon during the week. No wait either time - there was only one person there, but he was fast and professional.

Cannot find the office. Waiting interminably despite empty office. There's gotta be better than this joint

The people here are total robots, completely unwilling to do anything beyond twitching description

The reason I gave this place one star was because tge people were nice and it was easy to check in. I am a health care provider and went to have my blood drawn for an emergency appointment with my primary care provider. I would never return there and this is why: the phlebotomist did not use hand sanitizer prior to putting on her gloves and had been coughing into her hands. I asked her to wash her hands before putting in the gloves - which is proper procedure. She told me she just put on lotion on her hands! I know some people don t like to use hand sanitizer so instead can wash her hands well. She literally RINSED her hands with no soap - in fact there was no soap OR hand sanitizer in the room. In addition to THESE OSHA violations, she did not wipe down the phlebotomy chair with the bactericide wipes which were in the corner behind the lotion. I know she did not wipe down the chair because she had someone sit in the same chair directly afterwards. They really need to retrain these people or shut down this facility.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and I've now been waiting 30 minutes, and they haven't even checked the sign in sheet.

Update: someone finally came out and I let him know I had an appointment half an hour ago. He got me through the process relatively quickly and did a great job drawing blood, no complaints there. If you're fine waiting a while this place is OK.

The wait here is just too long. I waited 1 and half hours to be seen. It's under staff with only 2 persons. The woman can barely explain instruction to me in English but gave me some of manual instructions to read back at home. I should have gone to fifth floor lab.

My phlebotomist was Raymond both times I was here and he was great. I came around 9AM both times. I think I spent more time getting here than actually being here.

The signage could be better, I ended up at the freight elevator looking for the office. It's buried around the bend and in the bowels of the building it's in.

No one says anything - you sign up on a computer and wait wait wait wait. I bought my test online, big mistake, and false advertising.

On the door it says 6 people max due to Covid, but we are many more people inside the waiting room. Illegal practices and Questionable security measures...

Checked in early and was out in 10 minutes, done before my 9:30 appointment (checked in 15 minutes ahead on my phone). Space was clean and organized especially during these times. Everyone was very nice and helpful, fast and great experience!

I just had the worst experience ever. Very rude stuff, very un profesional. I had a walk in and checked in with the machine after I arrived. But the stuff let two other people cut in the line because they talked Cantonese to her. They didn t even checked it. The nurse also had horrible manner. She slammed down the chair armrest on my knee, which was very painful. There was no apology or anything. And while she was drawing my blood, she was using my used alcohol wipe to clean the armrest where my arm was. I would never go back to this lab.

Horrible Service! They take way too long, I had an appointed and I waited over 30minutes to be seen!
If you're expecting to come in and out DO NOT come here, you'll be waiting forever

I've never written a Google review before but had to write one for the ladies at Quest Diagnostics Centre Street location. While Quest's website says they are open for walk-ins, they are not. So when I decided to do a walk-in, you can imagine how annoyed I was with the misinformation provided by Quest. The two women at the front could not have been more gracious and helpful. They got me onto Quest's website and were able to get me an appointment within 20 minutes! I couldn't find my bloodwork form so they showed me how to download an app so I could fax it to the front desk. They saved me so much stress and headache, I was so thankful. Thank you, ladies... I wish I got your names!!!

Booked an appointment online, when i got there the whole building was closed for three days. And you'd think they should contact people about them being closed.

The technician William is great, but the wait time sucks. There were only 2 people ahead of me and it took an hour to be seen.

Visited for my 4.5 year old child. Staff were very attentive, patient, and successful. The visit could not have been better and faster for such a young child. I would highly recommend them.

I was seen in 2 minutes on a Saturday, took me longer to find the place than the whole collection process:

Fantastic. I had to take a drug screening for work. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Extremely competent and polite staff. Highly recommend

I made an appointment for a biometric screening. I arrived about 10 minutes early and they took me right away. I was in and out and it was pretty painless.

Very nice experience at this location. Very human approach. Thank you. We were walking in and we waited less than 5 minutes. The lab technician Pauline was very kind and gentle. She was very considerate if the patient is ok. The place is very clean. I recommend this place.

Awful service. Lab technicians couldn't find my daughter's vein. They pinched her, moved the needle around and didn't get anything so they advised me to go to another location. Also, the building where it is located smells horrible so since the beginning my experience was quite bad.

Quick and easy. Fastest I ve been in and out for any lab test anywhere.
