Qudos Bank Arena Review

This place is v every clean modern and well organised . The staff are friendly and helpfull , but be warned the food and drink is very expensive .

Took granddaughter there for rehearsals for Grease. Very easy to find. Lots of parking but not a very big event.

Great venue for seeing your favourite artists and bands. Can get a little crazy as it's quite busy however it is managed fairly well.

The excitement of seeing one of the most hotly anticipated concerts of the year - Country to Country was somewhat dashed by the choice of venue. Whilst the centre arena provides a great backdrop for standalone acts, it is no place for a country music festival. My travelling companions and I were forced to consider the prospect of a dry concert given the meager and bottom shelf line up of beverages. Equally dissapointing the food selection, or lack thereof. If the Adelaide oval can sell craft beer and a smorgasbord of tasty meal selections, one would think the Qudos Bank could too. The concert was excellent and more deserving of a better venue.

great indoor areana with good stage area and viewing distance. but food shops are extreamily over priced and the top row seating is oftern blocked by large speakers that are in the way. as well as this there is no elevator for secod floor and can get somewhat crowded at times.

Food & drinks ridiculously expensive, not enough seating while trying to eat & drink, while holding your water bottle without a top....tops on water bottles not permitted.
Should be express trains to & from Central, for concerts & big events.

went to a couple twenty one pilots shows this tour and found Qudos Bank Arena the worst as security were EXTREMLY rude.

Need proper signs for events, where they are located and for public transport/ bathrooms.

Over zealous security guards. Always dirty, no bins. Overpriced food and drink. Poor transport links. Nothing else to do in home bush.

Great for concerts but needs more entry a nd exits for disabled. Parking a little to far away

More like a prison... you go inside and can't go out... even if you provide a ticket..but beside that it is clean and very propper and easy to park...

Great access from the car park P1. The event organisers for Disney on Ice need to get their act together. Ran out of programs..... Really?

The atmosphere the place the size the sound the people the crew very very well designed if you haven't experienced it you don't know what you are missing out on great job

Went to see Sam Smith last night, was a fantastic experience inside a fantastic arena! The security and staff were lovely and quick and the ushers made the experience of seating fast and efficient!

Rundown stadium but still a good atmosphere at kings games

Great concert venue. Good to see Police presence out the front as the concert ended.

I just find this venue difficult to get to, and I believe it's better to use public transport than your own car. I've attended many excellent shows there such as Bette Midler, Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Katy Perry, Cher and Maroon 5. Many years ago there were no seats to sit on outside the venue, but thankfully this has changed and there are now seats. I prefer to eat at one of the restaurants located nearby, and then outside the venue have an alcoholic beverage and snacks before the show.

Awesome multi purpose venue that can be used for Basketball, Concerts, shows, conferences and even motorcycle competitions.

Went to see a comedy show. The venue is easy to find, though parking can be a bit difficult if you don't plan ahead. Getting through security and ticketing was pretty quick and painless despite the crowds. Getting drinks took a long time, though at least there was some good ambient music playing. Seats themselves were comfortable enough, audio and visual screens worked great, and it was very easy to leave.

Went to see pink here was fantastic but if you do not mind to stand it the best place to be I went 2 times only that I could not see anything the 1st time I did post from the 1st and 2nd time it made such a difference

Great place for concerts. Nightmare leaving the car parks sometimes though. Expensive food but a bit of choice

This is my first time at Qudos Arena...Love it. Easy to go around and great organization. Good sound and great capacity of the venue. Truly enjoyed my night out at Qudos Arena

Saw Hanz Zimmer and it was incredible. A breathtaking experience

The security are horrible. They were rude and demanded that I throw out an entire bottle of chewing gum because "I might chew it all and put it under the seats"

Quodos was great, Phil Collins concert was awesome, getting out the car park was a nightmare

Wow security Guards at this venue are beyond ridiculous. Picking on women and young girls that are six years of age is not the done thing I observed disgusting behaviour from these people at first I thought this was a junior security guard but the behaviour continued with the senior security guard who reinforced the poor and unacceptable behaviour I don t think it is family appropriate venue when security guards are is heavy-handed as they were today.

Huge arena. Good seating don't know how pricey the food was didn't get any.

Very organized entry to concert, great facilities. Air conditioner was pretty good for a really hot day.

Great indoor arena for boutique events of all kinds. Good sight lines from all seats. Snack and beverage options are good. Prices can be steep. Maybe bring some of your own if worried.

They take your water and you have to buy bottled water for $5.20. What a rip as they have to supply free water.

Facilities were good toilets clean
Food was very expensive but to be expected
Only gripe was no contactless payment available when I went to pay for parking even at the physical cashier
Normally I keep my cards in the car but forget to put them in
All was sorted and staff were very helpful I keep a photo of the cards just in case but found it a bit backward to not have the services available at a major venue

Very confusing exits and no security or anyone at night to guide you where to go

Exactly what you expect from an arena. Top levels could certainly use some escalators, food and drinks are rather pricey, and the venues decision to exclusively book through Ticketek is very disappointing.

Red bull is cheaper than water, which is beyond astounding. Some events are well hosted, others not so much but I imagine it's up to the organiser. Avoid this venue if possible.

Parking was good but concert staff could not give directions to the area we needed.

Such a great venue. Facilities and food options are excellent. No cues at all. Acoustics are excellent.

I'm not the arena type of person but as far as arenas go this is probably a good one. Wide open entry/exits and good amenities.

Have been here many times, and happy each time with set up. Great event venue.

Qudos Bank Arena is a great venue! I've attended many events here and the location is great. Everything else is to standard expectations but the only downfall is no Wi-Fi connections for patrons to use because the reception is awful!

Rude staff. Don t use manners in speaking to patrons.

Functional stadium. 5/5 if they can sort out the parking (which can be a nightmare on a full night), up the attention to their public toilets, maintain attentive courteous staff at the gates.

Went to this Arena for an NBL game between Sydney Kings and New Zealand Breakers. It was good.
