We were looking to add a 2019 Mini Cooper S to our driveway. Our salerep Chris and the rest of the staff handled the transaction smoothly from the initial email (to other dealers reading this , the quick response led to a direct sale within 3 hours) until delivery and I'm sure aftersales will be great. Generally I am wary of "big box" dealers but Mini Laval is the exception with their professionalism,attention to detail and making you feel like family.

It's a very friendly space, and they care about you. I strongly suggest this place + the entreprise in it offers good service as well. There's free coffee too if you'll be waiting for your car too long. I took my car there so they can fix it and I definitely don't regret that decision.

Where to begin, I had to priviledge to get served by David Cohen. His attention to detail and knowledge on the brand is fascinating. He really respected my budget and never pressured me during the sale. He was very honest and down to earth when I asked different questions about the car specs and contract since I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject. Stay away from this dealership. I came here to accompany my dad in his search for a new Mini and the sales rep are clearly trained to be dishonest with management giving them their okay to do so. Service was so bad, don t waste your time.

Not a great selection and no interior color options. Quebec seems to not get any of the brown or tan leather interior only black.

I just purchased a new mini cooper 5 door, the whole experience was wonderful from the first moment I entered the dealership. Salesperson (Taeb) took the time to answer all my questions, this probably took about 1hour and half explained each of the packages offered and show me all the features of the car, they took the time even after the dealer was closed. When I returned to the dealer with my wife, my Salesperson was busy so the Sale Director took over (Arthur). Never was I rushed or pressured to buy the car, he was nice and friendly. Then met with the credit manager (Alessandro) and explain the best way to protect my investment, no BS and gave me the truth about each warranty. The delivery of the car was also a nice experience and the unveiling was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say and hope this review is helpful, they are a great team that works together for the customer. I would recommend this to my friends!

If you want a great rep who is both kind and trustworthy go and aee him his customer service is A1.

The other portion of my experience with the commercial director Antonella Niro was also A1 and amazing, she walked me through the after sales portion effectively and efficiently and most importanly stress free!! She was both very kind and knowledgable!!

I had a great experience with Mini Laval! Throughout the process, I was well supported by Dimitrios who was very professional, friendly and worked well for me!

No negative point for me, a great acquisition and a dream car!

So I had a pretty bad sound going on in the engine bay of my 2007 Cooper S.

After dozens of hours of looking into the problem myself I went to Mini Laval with the worst in mind, both the stigma of dealerships and the severity of the sound.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the service department and an older gentleman took care of moving my car into the initial inspection bay.

I then spoke with one of the service advisors who then introduced me to one of the technicians. The technician looked over my car with me and instantly had a good idea of what it was. He assured me they would be able to take care of it for me.

After a bit more of speaking with the advisor, they took the car to the main garage, and he showed me where I could get refreshments while I waited.

After everything was said and done it was a much more minor part that I overlooked and overthought, and their experience showed through. They could have easily screwed me over and confirm my worst fear, charging me an arm and a leg, but they didn t. They were truly honest with me and weren t out to make a quick buck, totally different from my hometown dealership garages. I can safely say that I trust Mini Laval. Even the small touches, like washing my car before I got it back, meant a lot.

Definitely recommend them and definitely will go back.

Guy who sold me a car was good, actually better than good.
But,
I bought 2014 car with 13,500 km on the clock from Mini Laval. This car has 80,000 km 4 years warranty.
After less than 2 weeks car died on my wife and it was towed to Mini Oakville.
I had to pay over $300 to fix it, and Oakville dealership pointed in your direction.
It does gets better, Mini Laval told me that I will compensated for this and that check is in the mail.
this was on July 29, today is Aug. 12 still no check. - Check received in September.

Hands down my favourite dealership. Dimitrios & Massimo are a great team! Feeling welcomed & understood (and NO pressure to buy) is the best! Thanks so much guys!!
