Everything about this venue is amazing. Came for the Hillsong Conference. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Variety of food and services, and ample toilets available. There's 3 floors and there's escalators, stairs and lifts. Very easy to get in and out too

Great concert venue with easy well managed access making a sold out concert easy to get to your seats. Saw Phil Collins with 40000 other screaming fans and totally loved it. The show was spectacular and even if Phil sat down most of the time he can still sing like an angel. Great venue fabulous show!

I've always enjoyed this arena. So much scope for change depending on the show being performed. Live concerts are great and sound is good. Parking can get busy trying to leave but generally moves consistently and is easy to understand the layout.

Rating based on the recent incident where wheelchair user, Ms. Marlena Katene, was kicked out of Pink s VIP Zone.

The "statement" made by the venue in response to the incident doesn't say anything about reviewing internal practices; which they should - given they admit that their behaviour was not to the customer's expectations. It also not an apology but just a statement of "disappointment" - which is rather disappointing. It shows denial and lack of respect, appreciation and consideration. not good customer service at all.

So, rating it as a note to self, to avoid in the future.

[Although I have explained my reasons above, this is "my" rating and I don't need to justify it to anyone. (See Google's T&Cs if unsure)]

In A Nutshell:

In A Nutshell:

-Qudos Bank Arena located in Olympic Park, is located just outside Sydney heading towards Parramatta.
-I ended up here to see Drake perform during his, worldwide "Boy Meets World Tour".
-Drake as usual didn't disappoint, showing lot's of love to Sydney & Australians in general, while flipping through his endless catalog of hits seamlessly.
-The arena held 19,000 easily.
-The hallways never felt crowded.
The men's bathrooms were also never crowded & clean.
-The only drawback was the lack of good food being sold.
-After being spoiled dining around Sydney, I expected great food options at the arena.

Overall, this is a great arena for major concerts.

Wow... Way to go, Qudos Bank Arena...

No food and drink. Fine, but I had to throw out my packet of mints! WTF? And you can take in soft plastic bottles like soft drink and Mt Franklin water bottles, but you can't take a reusable hard plastic water bottle, otherwise you throw it out or put it in the cloak room.

So much for trying to be environmentally friendly...

Excellent concert venue for live and musical acts. A little claustrophobic for my liking compared to bigger arenas.. but don't mind me, you'll have a great time here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good seating with plenty of leg room in the stadium. Unfortunately no back packs regardless of size are allowed in , even though women were bringing in large handbags. On checking in to the cloakroom to leave our backpack, we were given plastic bags to carry our valuables. Not particularly environmentally friendly...

We found Qudos Bank Arena a terrible place especially if you have kids (no prams allowed inside). Food and drinks are ridiculously expensive and the parking is shocking. Last time we were there, it took 45 mins to get out of the carpark.

The actual event was amazing, but the staff were hit and miss. Some were very friendly, but others seemed hostile with no provocation. Food was very expensive and not great, and we were not permitted to even bring our own water bottles (either full or empty) into the venue. Once you've bought yourself a new one inside, there's a single refilling location for use by the entire attendance. Expect to see long lines for it as the day wears on.

Location: Well it's Sydney Olympic Park, say no more :)
Service: Front security were nice, lovely & friendly.
Decor: N/A.
Atmosphere: There was no big presence security inside, a very relaxed atmosphere.
Bathrooms: N/A.
Value for money: Crap, $9.60 for 2 bottle of water is a bit rich.
Drinks: Line was way too long for even contemplating on getting any alcohol.
Food: All we saw on Level: 1 was wraps, confectionary, chips & soft drinks. Food outside the entrance was Yum Cha & it was a fantastic setup. He had steamed buns on offer, chicken to pork to prawn etc...
Synopsis: Great venue for large events with cheap parking on-site, $5 p/h :)

I have attended many concerts at this arena and all have been no problem until I was rushed through fire exit doors that leave the building. This was not intentional but we were not able to turn around. We really wanted a tour shirt to remember the night by were not allowed back into the centre even tho we told the security we just wanted a shirt. They were rude and very unreasonable. We were not causing any problem but immediately several security guards came to make sure we didn t enter. It was unnecessary. Eventually we just left very upset and angry.

I have been going here since it was Acer arena and it's gone down hill with inaccessible security measures. As a wheelchair user, the new bag restrictions make it hard to bring supplies I need. The lines to have bags searched were not wide enough to get my wheelchair through and the security staff were useless with telling me where to go that I could fit through. The only wide security line was the one for no bags. The designated wheelchair seats are the redeeming quality, it's the reason it's my favourite concert venue, it's just hard when they try to make it safe by making it very hard for wheelchair users to get inside.

All right place but they're food and drink policy is a bit outrageous... I bought a bottle of water for $6 and then had to have it poured out for me into a plastic cup because of policy... I bought the damn bottle for a reason.

Great night out. The venue was nice although air-conditioning could have been a bit cooler. A lot of time wasted by staff having to open bottles and pour liquid into cups. I can understand the reasons why so maybe a few more staff to assist would take the pressure of the few there.

Went to see a show and I've never had a problem with security at any of the shows I've ever gone and seen. But apparently this one was different the security was atrocious and over stepped their boundary completely by not knowing where their line is. The venue was awesome and I believe that it is not the venues fault but they need to take a long hard look at who they employ for their security especially.
