I love working with Kyle s team as they always have the best color samples on hand, and once given a design direction they can create unique rug pattern options in infinite color combinations. Often showing three to four different color combinations for just one space. This company is not one to waste your time with. The pay is low for the amount of work they want of you. For rug builders management wants new rug builders to build at master builder level with no type of fare compensation. They'll try to justify it with commission pay but it's still low pay.
They go to great lengths to make the company sound and look great but in reality it's all a lie!
