It's a decent venue, however DO NOT BRING A BACKPACK unless you're happy to cloak it. This is a no backpack venue. My backpack was only as big as my hand span and still wasn't allowed in with it.

Concert was great, facilities were great. Only one complaint, we had to pick up tickets at box office, no option to print from Tiketek. The facilities to do this are not sufficient, after arriving 45 mins before main act only just made it in on time. Plenty of people behind who would have missed the start.

While the acts that Play here are World class. Extremely strict entrance criteria, lack of convenient smoking areas, and unhelpful Bar staff serving overpriced cans of Smirnoff ice in paper cups let the venue down.

Stupid nanny state at its finest. Went to the Queen Concert and was told I could not take in any bottled water. I was told I could not enter unless I threw away a new sealed bottle I had with me. When I went to purchase a bottle of water inside, I had to pay $5 and could not have the bloody lid.

I guess that it could be used as a missile, but so could many things in the arena. The food is a rippoff and below average at best and so are the drinks. You have to have them in plastic cups, which makes carrying them difficult, unless you pay more for a drinks tray. Left me with a bad experience after paying $262 for the ticket to get in.

As far as comfort goes - absolutely appalling. Saw Fleetwood Mac October 2015 and needed physio on my neck the next day .Unless you have a seat facing the stage you have to twist and turn in order to be able to see. Extremely uncomfortable...won't be going back no matter who is playing there. You'd think for 300 bucks a ticket you'd be afforded a comfortable seat ,but it was exactly the opposite. Whoever designed the place should seriously consider a career change. Infact tomorrow !! . Parking outrageously priced too at $25.00, and they sneakily advise you to pay in advance to avoid queues at the ticket box, yet there was no queue in sight and I ended up being out of pocket $20.00 , not $25.00. Avoid unless there is a show you REALLY want to see, if it's not facing the stage then buyer beware, that's all I can say, or you are going to be in for a VERY uncomfortable evening.

Qudos Bank Arena is located in Homebush. To get here from the CBD unfortunately it s a train trip > interchange and then another short train trip before you get to the stadium. It s unfortunate that this stadium isn t in the cbd as it would really be one of the best in the world if it was.

The seats here are comfortable and it seems like there s not a bad seat in the house. Corporate suites are also well catered and well staffed.

Plenty of friendly staff around to assist you finding your seats and getting through the sometimes hectic ticketing process.

Nothing special - expensive parking, rubbish signage and never ending road works. Nothing to do before or after the events, and the food outlets are either far away or way overpriced.

Only come here if you have to.

The place itself is fine, if a little dated. The policies of the management, which amount to cash grabbing masquerading as security, is what really detracts from the experience. In an attempt to dehydrate people into buying their overpriced drinks, you are not allowed to bring even empty plastic bottles in. The security could not justify the policy, nor could the security management. Qudos' "security" policies are utterly shameful, are in no logical way related to security, and a manifestation of capitalism gone mad. It has made my experience of a show I have been looking forward to tainted by both anger and frustration.

Good clean venue.

Good clean venue.
Don t use the main parking next to the venue, you ll be waiting over an hour to get out. Use one of the other car parks and walk to your car, you ll get home MUCH quicker.

I was amazed at how the well people flowed through the venue. Full house and i was never shoulder to shoulder with anyone. Chairs comfy and roomy for us fatties. Venus & Toilets are clean. Food is limited, expensive but fresh and tasty. There was a bar but i didn't use it. I was impressed

Great concert but I can't get past not being able to take in sealed water then having to pay $5.20 for a bottle with no lid. Absolutely shameless profiteering off something pretty nessercary to not dropping from dehydration or heat stroke.

Went there for School Spectacular, friendly and helpful staff, great venue for this event, easy to travel to by train. Things like coffee and bottled water pretty expensive, queue to get served a bit slow and there was no bell warning for end of the interval which was unusual.
