The hotel benefits from being the only hotel in proximity to colleges and hospital. There's nothing special about it. Even the staff has been kind of rude to me at times.

Quite peaceful and and some more of luxurious type.. Loved this place and quite good for hangout.

Its a nice place to stay... But the tariff is a little high.

Rooms are good but you will not find any local transportation.

The location is near Sharda University and you cant see anyone other than you on the street.We got to the hotel expecting it to be a business hotel.The location itself is remote and in what feels like an abandoned tech park.The lobby is run down. The walls of the building are damp and covered in mildew n the room, there is a split AC, which is sufficient if this was a place that didn t get as cold as it does, at 8 degrees centigrade we re using all the warm clothes possible to fight the cold.There was no geyser on our room, which means we had to ask housekeeping to bring us buckets of hot water every time we needed to shower. The first day they actually brought us hot water, but eventually started bringing warm water which was quite insufficient.The towels provided by them were dirty as was the bed linen. The TV in room had half the screen working. The drinking water when we asked for more bottles all of them were already opened.1 star hotel with 3 star pricing. Will not recommend anyone!

If you're looking for an overnight budget stay, this is your place to be. Okayish breakfast and dinner option is available. The only drawback is the place it is situated where it is extremely difficult to get public conveyance. The rooms are small and they are not maintained properly. There is no place nearby to shop any essential and you've to go far from this place to get it.

The housekeeping had no sense of hygiene either, when they came to clean the room, they took our used towels and folded them placing them as though they were fresh towels. The drinking water when we asked for more bottles all of them were already opened. Finally and most disturbingly, on our first night at the hotel, there was a disturbance in the lobby, an altercation had turned quite serious with people being chased with knives. All in all I would not recommend you stay in the hotel if you value your life or have any sense of hygiene. We paid 10k a night, for this amount we could just as well get a room in a five star.

Only option near the exhibition grounds makes them usually occupied and hence arrogant. Hot water not available. Shortage of staff. Poor room service. Poor house keeping.

Lovely place to be with and lovely people n environment. Stars will shine at skies at night. A milky way you would see through. A place to remember

Very bad hotel, breakfast was a disaster. I took only one tee, toast and boiled egg, half and hour later my stomach was poisoned. I was sick the whole day. Internet was very bad, impossible to send messages. You should close such a hotel it is even not a 3 star.

Good rooms a little less maintained but nothing disastrous. It is a long journey to reach too.

The place is little off from the crowds.. Best for students of Sharada University. The ambience is good. Mostly occupied by foreign students of Sharada University.. If you have a private vehicle, best place to stay. Autos are lil hard to get but people coming from university or pari chowk always bring one for you...

Good in terms of food. Rooms can be made better. Too cold for winters. The heater will not help much. But still good enough for a one day stay. The crew were very helpful though. Made sure to make it comfortable for us as much as possible.

Hope less service staff is rude no buffet.... i wish i could rate in minus .

The rent here for One month is 12-13k per room the disadvantage is u need to go the ground floor in the fields for having RO water

Location: middle of nowhere. Just universities all around. Big roads. Rooms: pretty decent. abandoned for a long time. Things keep breaking down. Services: Decent. No room service for food.

Totally unmanaged, unprofessional staff, located to far

Mouldy ceilings. Terrible bathrooms. Staff said it was new less than 2 years ago. I would have guessed 20 years by how run down and dirty everything was. Ugly and terrible. Not worth the good price we got.

A Mid-Segment Hotel with International Standerd rooms & Facilities. Excellent Place to Stay in Greater Noida.

It's OK. Good for the location and offers all the services but they don't have an in-house doctor or chemist nearby! Someone got ill and we had to have medicines delivered somehow which affected the overall stay.

It is a bit far from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, location is a bit remote and service is okayish L.

Nice hotel. But it's secluded place behind a shut down huge building, and literally no shops around. But the hotel the people is nice.

This time it is not hotel its only Hostel for students and office employees.

Its a pretty bad place. The tap water was brown. The door lock was not functioning. We complained and the staff always said they will look into it but it never happened. Shower was not working. We had to use a bucket to have a shower. And the geezer was not working also. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I survived 5 days at Cube. That should give you the confidence to stay for a couple of days. Average maintainance, ok food and decent beds. 1 star hotel with a 3 star rating.

Very good place to stay in just they need to bring in some restaurants nearby the hotel and some other basic things toooo.. otherwise the hotel is really superb..

Room Service was slow and sloppy. Though the rooms are good and spacious they need maintainance. Only upside of the stay was the food.

worst room service... staff is not at all cooperative... price per night is too high... not worth spending money... is remote locality one couldn't even find an auto after 8pm... not worth staying...
