I cannot speak highly enough about Imperial Tokyo. From the moment you get out of your Taxi, to the level of detail in your rooms, the hotel is top notch.
They will take care of every need that you may have, from restaurants to the gym, from room service to in room massages, everything is at your fingertips.
Cannot think of any other place to stay in Tokyo Ginza.

Early in the morning on weekdays, I sometimes see taxi drivers waiting for customers standing outside the vehicle and smoking. Foreigners jogging when they see it sometimes show a surprised expression.
I contacted the hotel several times, but it seems that smoking will never go away.

Disappointing. 20mins to check in then they tried to offer us a twin instead of the double room we booked months ago. For breakfast we heeded their advice and got up early, due to the expected rush after 8am but the queue was still 50m around the room. The general service may be good but if they can't work out how to feed all these people on a Sunday morning then they shouldn't sell the rooms.
The beauty salon inside is good at putting on and putting on the hair, and the photo studio is good at shooting, and of course the food and service are good. If you have the money, anyone can make a perfect memory, if it is a hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo. I stayed here for the third time, but I haven t had time to comment until now. Overall, this hotel is very luxurious. It is a landmark hotel, located in the center of Jingdong, ideally - just in front of the Imperial Palace. The rooms here are very spacious, with a full range of amenities and free WiFi. The breakfast was superb. They not only had a Japanese breakfast, but also a Chinese and Western breakfast.
Staff are very friendly and their facilities are good.
Stay on the tower floor. Room was compact, but was able to feel quality to everything from amenities to fixtures and was the best. As taxis are always on standby, it was easy to reach Ginza and Tokyo Station.

Phenominal rooms and service. I stayed in the main building which is older construction but full of history from Frank Loyd Wright's architectural design. If you stay in the upper tier rooms you get a personal staff for your floor which makes the stay that much better. Id recommend not doing the in room massage since they do it on your bed and not a propper massage table.
After a long while, I enjoyed the unspoiled tempura. The material is also preeminent. Dumplings do not seem to be fluffy and fluffy ...

To date, one of my best hotel experiences ever. Rooms, staff, service and location were fantastic. Most staff speak Japanese and English, so it made it easy for my family to communicate. Requested items arrive promptly and room service is fantastic.
I can also wholeheartedly recommend the restaurants attached to the Imperial. Kamon in particular is my favourite (amazing price and amazing food). However, the bars leave a bit to be desired; drinks were rather mediocre. Better cocktails/bartenders can be found at bars out in Kodaira.
