Quality limo service was the best price in town and so easy to deal with. I booked a party bus for my son's prom. The driver called the day before to go over all the details and he was right on time. My son said the bus was insanely nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication was excellent with Quality Limo. A.J. responded in a timely manner to emails. Their price was the best in town. Our driver was Carol whose primary job was a school bus driver. She was outgoing, upbeat, courteous and patient. We had a split service and she was were she was asked to be on time and transported us safely to and from our daughters wedding. The experience was excellent. Perhaps the bad reviews from the past have been corrected or the customer failed to communicate effectively.

I used Quality Limousine services for my fall wedding. The limo was on-time and everything turned out perfect! We took pictures at Jefferson Memorial and pinned a few key places, and the driver followed our directions well. The alcohol, soda and water was also a nice touch, especially because it rained and we used the limo as a safe haven between picture locations!
Worst place would give them zero stars the manager is a rude lady who has no idea about anything I would never use this place they are clowns, they'll be out of business in no time
Our driver was pleasant and arrived early and got us from place to place in a timely manner. My main reason for the bad rating is due to the party bus itself. When I booked my reservation I explained that we were getting married in August and that I wanted a party bus that has good A/C to make sure we were all comfortable. Needless to say the party bus was extremely warm the entire time and it seems to me that the A/C needs recharged as the bus appears to be in older/rough condition.The entire bridal party was literally sweating and all complaining that it was too hot. The driver was apologetic and said that he was sorry, but the A/C was on full blast. I was also told that the party bus we booked could comfortably hold 18 people. There was 16 of us and we were mighty crammed to the point where 2 of the groomsmen had to stand the entire time. The price was the cheapest we found so I guess you get what you pay for, but all in all we were disappointed in what we got. I would not recommend using this company for your wedding needs.
We called this company moths in advance to book a car for our wedding and the person assured us that if we called a few weeks before our wedding that they would have a car.

We didn t have the best experience for our wedding. The morning of my wedding the owner contacted me needing additional paperwork signed...for whatever reason. In addition, although we paid a 20% tip upfront the driver was asking my groomsmen for cash tips at the end of the night. The ice bucket in the limo smelled like vomit when they picked us up. Unfortunately, this was after we put our alcohol in there which led to us throwing it out. The price was good. The limos themselves were nice on the inside. They were on time and efficient. There were definitely a few positives. Overall, I wouldn t personally use them again.
Used Quality for a birthday party outing. The bus showed up early, the driver, Chris, was very professional, the bus was clean and the refreshments were cold. The bus (26 passenger) had a bluetooth stereo system, so we could play at the music we wanted.

If I could I d give an 0 star review . I was in a wedding last month. And the limo service was 3 hours late to pick us up after the ceremony. They never called to let us know they would be late. It took forever for us to get ahold of them to see what was going on.. they kept saying in 20 or so minutes. Still hadn t shown up finally get ahold of them again and the limo had broken down we were told and they were finding another limo to come. They said another 20-30 mins still no limo.. at this point it had been over 2 hours and we had to take the church bus to the golf course for pictures. bus had to go back to church after it dropped us off for pictures. Had a hard time getting ahold of company again to tell them to have limo come to golf course and not the church as we needed a ride to the reception. Limo was still almost an hour late at the golf course. The driver never apologized. Another brides maid got the company on the line and we were told the bride we be refunded $400 for all the issues. Meanwhile never apologizing or seeming to care. Now its been over a month and the bride and groom have not been refunded and all their phone numbers have been blocked. This company is a rip off and not true to their word and horrible at communication when things wrong. They should have been beyond apologetic day of wedding and done everything in their power to help the bride not be stressed beyond belief - by telling her they will refund some of the money and apologizing. Not us saying she must have a refund. Now they wont return calls to the bride or groom and as I mentioned have blocked their phone numbers. I felt so bad for how stressed out this situation made the bride the day of the wedding being late to pictures and being late to reception. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay far far away!
This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced, would give negative 5 stars if I could! DO NOT USE! Our guests and family arrived late to the wedding.
This limo company is horrible. I made the mistake of using them for my wedding 4/23/16 . The limo driver Tom was so rude and disrespectful to my entire bridal party including my husband and I! He insulted the groomsmen for not wearing jackets and wearing converse shoes (it's not your wedding!). He then wanted me to walk all the way down my wooded back alley way in my dress to get picked up. When I said I refused, he eventually came to my house. There was used chewing gum in the glasses in the limo for alcohol. When I got out of the limo, the limo driver stepped on my veil and dress and when I told him he was on it for the third time, he didn't even apologize! He left a huge stain! When I called the company to file a complaint against him, they told us that he has been there for 15 years so they didn't want to hear about it. If he has been there for 15 years, then that says something about the company. If I could give this place ZERO stars. I would. I do not recommend this place at all. Unless you are looking to be completely disrespected. All they did was get us from point A to B with a ton of aggravation in between.
This was a joke. I made preparations a week in advance which may have been poor planning on my end but I was assured I would have a shuttle for 12 people with an auxiliary post so we could play our own music on the way to the concert. The driver was senile. He would not let the music above a certain level and drove 25 mph the whole to the concert. There was no auxiliary port and they offered to refund $20 when I complained for $895 trip. The driver cursed out one of my friends and told us we should grow up his name is Mike. Furthermore I was charged an additional $40 because I was told someone stole a DECANTER from their liquor. I was the last one off the bus both were there. Scumbags. Never again.

We had a limo bus yesterday for my friends wedding. The driver introduced himself to us (Tim) and we were on our way. We were picked up at my friends house to go to the ceremony. At first Tim was a good driver then he started to have a hard time staying in the lines and hitting the rumble strips. A few times we thought we were going to crash into a ditch. We made it to the ceremony in one piece! After the ceremony we had a 2 hour drive to the reception. In the cooler was Coke, Sprite and Water all of which was sitting in warm water. Nothing like having an outdoor wedding in 80 degree weather and not having a cool drink. On our way to the reception, another couple from the wedding was behind us and called to tell us the back door was open. We had to pull over so Tim could close the door without losing whatever was stored back there. The ride again was scary with him crossing the lines (on a busy interstate). After the reception he took us back to the house and boy I was glad to get off. The bus itself was in ok shape. A few lights did not work and the top emergency hatch would flop open a bit. There was some dirty cups left from the previous rental. I am not sure I would use this company in the future.
Our organization uses Quality Limousine quite a bit. The drivers are professional, friendly, and always on time. They are background checked, drug/alcohol tested and extremely kid friendly. All of the drivers, Bill, Geno, Dennis and Chris have each been kind and patient with the kids and are always reliable. I would recommend highly!!!

Highly recommend! We called them at 6 am on an incredibly snowy day and asked to be picked up at 8 am to go to the airport. The dispatcher himself came to our rescue! He was friendly, prompt, and kept us safe.
I booked this service for my daughters wedding this past weekend September 29 2018. I spoke with Amy 3 times before making sure they can turn around at ceremony site?! Well tge say comes and the driver can't do the turn he rips down the power lines. Guests had to walk from the corner and down a steep gravel driveway in their dress clothes. Long story short they never went ahead of time to look at the ceremony site. Amy will not andwer calls. Bill just makes excuses. Small claims court here we come. Very unprofessional company

Well they arrived on time at least. Not the first time using this company but very disappointed in the service and response from management. Bungee cords holding the bar doors closed, party lights not functioning only the super bright interior lights in the bus for light so EVERYONE could see in the bus and what we were doing, ice in the bar had melted before we could even use it. Not to mention that the person taking my reservation said tip wasn't included so I double tipped for $160! Contacted management and they said that the driver disagreed with me so they will do nothing about it. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE if you are looking for repeat business or good recommendations. I will not be back and will not recommend this company to ANYONE.
