Our driver was pleasant and arrived early and got us from place to place in a timely manner. My main reason for the bad rating is due to the party bus itself. When I booked my reservation I explained that we were getting married in August and that I wanted a party bus that has good A/C to make sure we were all comfortable. Needless to say the party bus was extremely warm the entire time and it seems to me that the A/C needs recharged as the bus appears to be in older/rough condition.The entire bridal party was literally sweating and all complaining that it was too hot. The driver was apologetic and said that he was sorry, but the A/C was on full blast. I was also told that the party bus we booked could comfortably hold 18 people. There was 16 of us and we were mighty crammed to the point where 2 of the groomsmen had to stand the entire time. The price was the cheapest we found so I guess you get what you pay for, but all in all we were disappointed in what we got. I would not recommend using this company for your wedding needs.
