Well they arrived on time at least. Not the first time using this company but very disappointed in the service and response from management. Bungee cords holding the bar doors closed, party lights not functioning only the super bright interior lights in the bus for light so EVERYONE could see in the bus and what we were doing, ice in the bar had melted before we could even use it. Not to mention that the person taking my reservation said tip wasn't included so I double tipped for $160! Contacted management and they said that the driver disagreed with me so they will do nothing about it. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE if you are looking for repeat business or good recommendations. I will not be back and will not recommend this company to ANYONE.
