If I could I d give an 0 star review . I was in a wedding last month. And the limo service was 3 hours late to pick us up after the ceremony. They never called to let us know they would be late. It took forever for us to get ahold of them to see what was going on.. they kept saying in 20 or so minutes. Still hadn t shown up finally get ahold of them again and the limo had broken down we were told and they were finding another limo to come. They said another 20-30 mins still no limo.. at this point it had been over 2 hours and we had to take the church bus to the golf course for pictures. bus had to go back to church after it dropped us off for pictures. Had a hard time getting ahold of company again to tell them to have limo come to golf course and not the church as we needed a ride to the reception. Limo was still almost an hour late at the golf course. The driver never apologized. Another brides maid got the company on the line and we were told the bride we be refunded $400 for all the issues. Meanwhile never apologizing or seeming to care. Now its been over a month and the bride and groom have not been refunded and all their phone numbers have been blocked. This company is a rip off and not true to their word and horrible at communication when things wrong. They should have been beyond apologetic day of wedding and done everything in their power to help the bride not be stressed beyond belief - by telling her they will refund some of the money and apologizing. Not us saying she must have a refund. Now they wont return calls to the bride or groom and as I mentioned have blocked their phone numbers. I felt so bad for how stressed out this situation made the bride the day of the wedding being late to pictures and being late to reception. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay far far away!
