Communication was excellent with Quality Limo. A.J. responded in a timely manner to emails. Their price was the best in town. Our driver was Carol whose primary job was a school bus driver. She was outgoing, upbeat, courteous and patient. We had a split service and she was were she was asked to be on time and transported us safely to and from our daughters wedding. The experience was excellent. Perhaps the bad reviews from the past have been corrected or the customer failed to communicate effectively.
