I sent 3 items for warranty work and it s been sitting at items received for over a month. Call and leave voicemails but no return. Send emails but again no return. a dull cutter, a dinted punch, and a broken lighter is better than nothing at all. Omar products are too expensive to get screwed like this. Xikar would be disgusted if they knew what they sold to.
