I got a new HVAC on Saturday. I spent the last several weeks talking to my friend in Florida who owns a large HVAC company, researching brands, comparing warranties, and getting quotes from local dealers. I can say with a high degree of confidence that your best bet is Quality 1 Energy Systems, the official Trane dealer for this area. Incidentally, Trane is the best quality brand in my friend s opinion. Q1ES sold me a Trane XR16 (16 seer) for $9,260 with 0% financing for 6 years ($8,000 cash price) and has all of the good qualities of the companies below rolled into one. Ask for Zak, the customer service is a cut above. I also got quotes from: - On Time Experts (high quality services and expert staff, highly responsive, grossly overpriced, lack of transparency in pricing, lots of up selling, good financing options, Daikin) - A#1 (highly recommended by two friends, fair & transparent pricing, highly responsive, inferior financing options, offer included low quality duct cleaning for at no additional cost, Daikin) - AC Pros (honest & humble people, highly responsive, highly detailed & transparent quotes, slightly overpriced, good financing options, Trane)

Mitsubishi recommended Quality 1 as a preferred DFW installer, well-trained so I called them up. They came over (no charge), inspected my garage and kitchen for a 2-zone mini-split heat pump (ductless), gave me a quote soon after, ordered the parts and came by. They finished install in a day, came by to test it in the morning. Exceptionally courteous and professional, great attention to detail, above and beyond to have a clean install, and significantly better communication than I get from contractors. These are too complex to set up correctly yourselves imho. They're well worth the fair price - quality indeed - y'all be good to them.
Very professional operation. The person who quoted us the replacement for our old and failing system was courteous and clear about what we would be getting. His pricing was also very competitive. I read the very good reviews that were posted and that convinced me to call them. Once the pricing was agreed to they set the date and time for installation. They were on time, took care to not be messy and finished the installation on time. We were very pleased with every aspect of the whole process. Highly recommend them!
It took a little over a month to get the unit installed because they had difficulty getting some parts. Other than that the installation went smoothly and the technicians were courteous. Thanks Quality 1!

I purchased an older home last year with the intention of updating the 20yr old HVAC system. After the historical Texas cold snap, I decided to pull the trigger on replacement before the 100 degree summer days hit. Basem quickly responded, gathered the necessary information and made a baseline quote for me to compare to the other companies I was checking with. The quote was transparent and competitive, with zero pressure to upsell, so I scheduled a time for him to come out and verify that no additional work would need to be performed and finalize the deal. Throughout the experience, he was extremely responsive to calls and emails and consistently followed-up and put items we discussed into writing via email for future reference. A short time later his crew completed the install quickly and professionally, and even came out on a Sunday! I am pleased with the professionalism of Basem, the install crew, and as a result, Q1ES overall. The new system is humming along great, and should any unforeseen issues arise, I'm confident that between the equipment manufacturer (Trane) and installer we will be taken care of.

I normally don t leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I was highly impressed with the service, price and quality control I received. I feel like I got a deal in addition had a great experience with the installation. The installation team was on time, respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up and hauling away the trash. I was very impressed when a separate technician came and did a thorough quality control on the installation. To top it off I got a follow up call from the owner asking if everything was okay. It has been a while since I received service like this. Quality 1 just earned a customer for life! Thank you Quality 1 for a wonderful experience.
