Amazing space (that had been recently renovated), that is a great place for casual (i.e. the bottom level), and formal (i.e. 3rd floor) engagement.
Clean, beautiful and comfortable space, with plenty of eating options when needed. I spent many hours studying here and never had any issues. Now that I'm an alumni, I miss the time spent at the Memorial Union.
It's a clean and beautiful place, most ideal for relaxation. Food inside may be a bit pricey, but it's from big brands with guaranteed quality. A good place for a quick bite or date!
The MU offers a number of phenomenal workspaces in the form of booths, private rooms, single/multi-seat tables, couches, and high top tables. There are great food options and this place is open late on the weekends.
I enjoyed my trip to the Memorial Union. The building and the Men's restroom were so clean. The custodian did a GREAT job. Five stars.
The bathrooms are disgusting, and the unisex bathroom doesn't even lock. Also the plastic fortress that protects the preciously thin tp, rarely ever let's you rip off more than one or two sheets at a time. Not to mention the placement is such that you must bend down with your face about a foot off the ground to figure out where to even grab. Just...why? Are you super proud of the ineffective floor cleaner being used? 0/5 stars, would not recommend to anyone. Also it'd be great if people didn't camp out on the toilet.
