I purchased an older home last year with the intention of updating the 20yr old HVAC system. After the historical Texas cold snap, I decided to pull the trigger on replacement before the 100 degree summer days hit. Basem quickly responded, gathered the necessary information and made a baseline quote for me to compare to the other companies I was checking with. The quote was transparent and competitive, with zero pressure to upsell, so I scheduled a time for him to come out and verify that no additional work would need to be performed and finalize the deal. Throughout the experience, he was extremely responsive to calls and emails and consistently followed-up and put items we discussed into writing via email for future reference. A short time later his crew completed the install quickly and professionally, and even came out on a Sunday! I am pleased with the professionalism of Basem, the install crew, and as a result, Q1ES overall. The new system is humming along great, and should any unforeseen issues arise, I'm confident that between the equipment manufacturer (Trane) and installer we will be taken care of.
