Mitsubishi recommended Quality 1 as a preferred DFW installer, well-trained so I called them up. They came over (no charge), inspected my garage and kitchen for a 2-zone mini-split heat pump (ductless), gave me a quote soon after, ordered the parts and came by. They finished install in a day, came by to test it in the morning. Exceptionally courteous and professional, great attention to detail, above and beyond to have a clean install, and significantly better communication than I get from contractors. These are too complex to set up correctly yourselves imho. They're well worth the fair price - quality indeed - y'all be good to them.
