On the installation day, Jake, Josh, Dan and Matej came early in the morning. They were really professional, answered all my questions while installing the whole system. The project included removing my old oil boiler, and installing the new gas boiler and hot water tank. They came in with 4 ppl, and completed the job in one day. The professionalism of Jake and Lance was superior. Their arrival was very prompt, both men were extremely polite, taking the time to walk me through the whole installation process, what to expect, and answer any questions I may have had. They ensured my carpet and furniture was protected and left the area spotless. After installation was complete, they took the time to show me how to use the system, work the new thermostat, and talked about the maintenance plans they offer. I can t praise them enough for a job well done. Everyone from the first estimate with Jason, to scheduling installation with Janelle, and the final removal of old unit and install of new with Jake and Lance were the highest of quality. Excellent experience. No one ever wants to find out their 4 yr old HVAC system wasn't installed properly would cost a pretty penny however Quality Degree was responsive and timely. Dan came out the same day as our call for help as our AC system crashed. He was able to give us the information we needed for a new system and gave us a date of installation within a few days. AC unit died on us Friday night 7/21. Right in the middle of the heat wave, of course. They picked up the phone at 230am and had someone over here about 8am Saturday. Unit was fixed by 10am. That's pretty awesome. The guy who came to do the work was also awesome (I'm bad at names and already forgot). Highly recommend
Had Lenox heater & central air system installed. Jake and his team arrived exactly on time, set up protection for the floors (including shoe covers), reviewed what was going to be done based on my copy of the quote and his work order. Everything went well with minimal interruption of necessary gas and electric service. Jake and his team were very careful moving and replacing furniture. They were very efficient and cleaned the areas they worked. They even removed overgrown weed bushes to clear the area for the outside A/C unit. When the systems were installed, Jake went over everything with my wife and I including the new Ecobee thermostat setup and operation. Jake even helped me pair the Ecobee to an ap on my phone. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the total procedure.
On one of the hottest days of the year, Jason climbed into the attic for the routine annual A/C checkup. The A/C checked out and Jason survived the ordeal. QDI rocks..

The installation of my new furnace and HVAC could not have gone more smoothly. The technicians were great, friendly and communicative. They left the utility closet and surrounding room clean, and also the garage, which they used as a staging area and to fabricate the ducts (it was raining).

So far, I received an estimate for install of a new propane furnace and AC. Estimate interview was professional and thorough. The estimator exhibited detailed knowledge and experience while on site and calculating the estimate for equipment needed and the install of said equipment. Plus they are a Costco installer. The price came in at a competitive cost. I m leaning heavily towards signing up for a system through Quality Degree.
Everyone I spoke to (and I mean every single person) at Quality Degree has been very kind and extremely professional. I was quoted for a new air handler\ac unit 2hrs ago and Quality beat that old quote by about half. I wish I had gone to them sooner. Service rep was out for routine maintenance. Very courteous and professional. Clean and wore the special booties. Took a normal amount of time and explained what he did. I would be happy again letting him return to my home. He also took the time to re explain some of the functions of my control thermostat.

Heater needed emergency service and Quality Degree was able to come immediately and restore heat within an hour. Amazing, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. There has bee an ongoing problem with the newly installed oil tank gauge misreading the capacity and so on more than one occasion, they tank went dry. The technician identified the cause of the gauge issue and made a recommendation to replace and relocate the guage... this was never offered by the installer, other service providers or other technicians. I give this technician and Quality Degree high narks.

So during this Covid mess, our Propane water heater WAS replaced by an electric heater. Took 5 minutes or more to get any hot water to our 2nd floor, but after a week, QDI called us back and they did find a Propane Hot water heater available, so it was installed the next day, fast service, and put into the loop with the electric Hot water heater. In the end, we now have 2 - 50 gallon Hot water heaters; the main being propane and the 2nd being electric, and a circulation circuit was installed so that hot water was always being produced and available. Ken did the install and it looks impressive. Thank you, Bill and Ken!

QDI replaced our A/C equipment in April. The install team was very good, diversified, and neat. I delayed this review until the equipment had a chance to run in this hot weather. Last night A/C died; I called the 24/7 # this morning and Jake M. was here in less that 1 hour. He cleared the drain line, checked everything and now we are cool again. I highly recommend Quality Degree, Inc. I called a couple of weeks ago because my furnace wasn't working for the first cold snap of the season. They sent a technician out the next day - and Aaron was wonderful. After diagnosing the problem, we decided to replace the 20 year old furnace and hot water tank (not why I called, but Aaron identified some corrosion that indicated the tank was well past its life). Today, three great installers came out - Sergey, Steve and Josh - and replaced the furnace and thermostat, hot water tank and we added in an air purifier and humidifier. All wore shoe covers and left my basement better than when they found it. Everyone I've worked with from the moment of my first call was nothing but professional. Information was shared with me in a non-technical jargon way that I really appreciated.
QDI was also very communicative - phone calls, emails and text messages updating me as to their arrival times, appointment reminders, etc. I also appreciated getting a photo of the tech prior to their arrival - with so many scammers out there, you can never be too certain to whom you're opening your home to when the doorbell rings.
In a nutshell, they have earned our business for life. We are happy to have them come and service our HVAC for years to come.

My recent experience with QDI and their service man, Jason Arndt was excellent. He performed a preventive maintenance servicing of my air conditioner. It was a rainy day and Jason had to perform part of his maintenance function outside. He was very careful not to track in any mud, etc. from the outside. I have used QDI for my servicing for a number of years now and have found them to be very reliable. I would recommend them highly for your HVAC needs.
Jake and his team did a wonderful job installing our new HVAC system. They were prompt, kept me updated on the status of the job (including the requested advanced notice when water was shut off for the hot water heater install), scrupulously observed social distancing procedures and wore masks while in the house, and removed all traces of the old system. Jake clearly explained key features of the new system and made sure I understood them. I highly recommend them.

It was very long, hot day for me and installation crews. I am very impressed with the team( installation team , Cole, Josh, Sergey, Lance, Thomas, Justin). Specially the installation manager Cole Lukacinsky , he is the best. Here is the story.
Our family(3 generations) have lived in this house over 26 years. My dad bought it first, and I bought it from him 4 years. My dad had changed the ac and blower (heat pump) once. The old unit..since I have changed the air filter by myself, it was nightmare. My dad, he had just changed it. He is not really concern about it after that even we had have a big issue. The air filter was located under the bottom of blower . Water from the blower dripped over the filter, filter got wet. Finally the filter dropped into the ground. So most time.. I like to say, many years we had breathed without air filter.. even we spend money for it. Yes, I did changed it again and again. it have kept happening .. I gave up.. I have felt desperate. (Later Cole told me why it happened. Actually later he install the new unit, he spend some amount time to fix). Anyway, the ac had been running even it had the problem. I had called couple mechanic to fix it. They said that I should get the new unit. But we didn t. Because It still works anyway ( not 100 % Worked). Finally I decided to get new unit. This time, I want the air filter unit to be located in the side of blower. Not bottom. No matter what... The first day when I met the sales rep from Qualitu Degree, I told him more than 10 times. why I want the new ac and where the air filter should be located. SIDE of the blower!!! This time I ordered the pure air system( 5 inch thick air filter and UV light).
Today is the day of installation. They started from 8am. Since I worked, I came home around noon. I went the basement to see the new unit. Guess what? They put the air filter unit in bottom of the blower. And It is almost done.. drain job was done too. Only electric job was not done yet. Oh my god!!! The problem is the sales rep didn t mentioned it or make the note to them. ( he didn t show up today. Is this normal?) This was the first requirement, main reason for getting new ac. it is hot, humid day. No ac. I was very seriously thinking about taking whatever they have done.(considering 2-3 hour job, nothing really wrong.. Only it was not the right way what I really want.) couple calls were made between me, Cole and office, I decide to fix it in right way.. Put the air filter unit in the side of the blower, I felt really sorry about them. It was not the installation team s fault. Even I spent 2-3 hours to set up. And spend another 2-3 hour again into same work...I know how they felt. But they showed me smile.. saying no problem.. They did really good job. I ordered Lennox brand.(premium brand) Without Cole s team work, it was normal ac.. His team made it completed. No doubt!!! Cole, Josh, Sergey, Lance, Thomas and Justin. Thanks again.
1/13/2021 Second update Finally I got the natural gas into my house today. Since last August there were delays for it. Main reason is peco. Jason was here this morning. He completed it. Thank so much!!!! I will definitely recommend to my friend...

The office called the day prior to let us know the estimated 30 minute arrival window of the team. The next day, not only were they on time, they were actually 10 minutes early! That's never happened to me- actually having a service team arrive early. When they arrived Bobby explained what they would be doing and then they got to prepping the house. Each service person wore booties while in my house and they covered the basement carpet with plastic. There was not one stain or mark on our cream colored basement carpet. During the day Bobby switched out with Ryan as the team lead and he did a great job finishing up the install with the team then explaining how to use the system and the features. The whole install was done within one day and we are very pleased. The house is noticeably cooler and the system is much quieter then our old unit. I would highly recommend QDI.
After the first try with the first person which didn t workout (to be modest) as I expected from a company that partnered with Costco. I didn t understand what the first person did didn t see he did much to conclude that my system was low in gas. I rejected that conclusion but was willing to let him charge 2 lbs - cost me $311). 1 hour after he left I found out that the real problem wasn t fixed. I Called QUality Degree to report (complain) the issue, as a result Rod Reyes came at 10am today as he promised the night before. He went through the diagnose with me and he found the problem, which was a very simple problem - the return water tube was clogged causing the water to over float on floor. Rod was very gentle, professional, thorough and most importantly he adhered to COVID-19 rule (distance and mask). He cleaned up after the job was done. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Best result happens when good doctor and good patient work together and are willing to listen to each other. Rod and I did just that and found the problem in just 10 minutes after we met. Rod Reyes deserves nothing less than the best 5+ stars!
To appreciate Rod I took him over to my brother s home who also needs a new system for an estimate, which he did.
I recommend Rod to anyone who needs HVAC service and will call Rod again on my future HVAC needs.
