Heater needed emergency service and Quality Degree was able to come immediately and restore heat within an hour. Amazing, courteous, knowledgeable and informative.
There has bee an ongoing problem with the newly installed oil tank gauge misreading the capacity and so on more than one occasion, they tank went dry. The technician identified the cause of the gauge issue and made a recommendation to replace and relocate the guage... this was never offered by the installer, other service providers or other technicians. I give this technician and Quality Degree high narks.
