Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Rod who came out on very short notice to service my HVAC system in this extremely Hot July afternoon. Rod has taught me a great deal about my cooling system and I am so happy he was able to help us out today. We almost died! Thank you Rod for your QUALITY service! You are amazing. The were friendly and very knowledgeable about my hvac unit and were able to reconcile the issues with it not running properly. . They were also informative about some precautionary measures I could take to help ensure the effectiveness of the repair.

Just had two furnaces and air conditioning units installed today. The entire process, from ordering, paying, to installation was a breeze. Quick and seamless. The installers were fabulous. They were professional in every respect, much less noisy than I expected, walked me through what they would be doing before, during and after installation and cleaned up when they were done so it was like they were not even here today. I would do this all over again and recommend to others to use Quality Degree. They are phenomenal.

Very pleased with the service we received from QDI. Called at 6pm and had a tech within the next hour, and we had not used the company in several years after moving. Great service provided by Matej who made sure the job got done that evening even though he had to run back out for a part not on his truck. Took the time to explain exactly what he was seeing, literally with pictures, and was very professional in his presentation of this issue.

Aaron always provides excellent service and is very friendly. QDI always texts before his arrival and he does a great job. We receive maintenance every 6 months and we have not had any issues with our system that QDI hasn t been able to easily address as part of our maintenance contract.

Aaron was friendly, professional, and proficient. He arrived the same day I requested service, because, with compromised lungs, I was getting short of breath walking in my house. I though it was my year old, top-end Lennox AC, and it Kind of was and wasn t. He tidied up the unit, and suggested an air-filtration system to help with my breathing. It will be installed next week. Thanks also to John McDade, Lennox regional manager, who coordinated and steered me in the right direction. I was so happy with the service!!!! My air conditioner unit stopped working. My house felt like a 100 degrees inside. I called the company about 7:00 am and my air conditioner unit was fixed and operating by 8:00 am.

We recently had our HVAC system replaced. The system was 20 years old, and we were dreading the expense and ordeal of replacing the entire system. We made the purchase through Costco for a very reasonable price, and Quality Degree in Royersford was the company that performed the work. I cannot say enough good things about this company and how easy they made the entire process. Communication throughout was great. The installation team arrived exactly on time, even calling ahead to let us know they were on their way. Sergey, Rod, and Dan were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain everything about the system very thoroughly and answer all my questions. I think they left my furnace area and AC pad even cleaner than before they arrived. The system itself functions noticeably better. Quality Degree is the type of company you hope to find when you are searching for that one "go-to" when you move to an area. Sergey and his team worked really hard. They arrived at 8 AM and finished installing my new heat pump system by 8 PM that night. They did a great job running the line through my garden and the cover looks nice. I would recommend them highly.

Great experience in every way. Dan came out to give me pricing on replacing my furnaces, AC units and hot water tank. Price was much less than other quotes and the equipment was higher quality. The install team was fantastic. They sent enough installers to complete the job in one day - 3 systems including one in the attic. All the guys were great (about 7 of them). Sergey, Chris and Matej completed HVCA installation thoroughly and fast, were super friendly, and explained everything. Company representative Todd patiently answered a lot of my questions, never acted pushy, didn t use any selling tricks, which I especially appreciate. We are very satisfied.

Had my central air system replaced. The three people arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. They were happy to answer questions. I used QDI for this job as they have been servicing my heating and AC systems for several years and have been very pleased in general with their prompt and professional service. The cost of the system appeared to be on the high side of the price range but I rather stick with a company I know to have a good track record than to go with a company I don't know which gave me a lower price.

Our old furnace needed a little more tlc than we hoped, but they didn't do anything that they didn't have to. The tech guy was great and everything kept clean. Furnace repair is never fun but these guys were great.

Jason has always done a great job for me; explaining what and why and giving me a price before he does the repairs.

Ben did an excellent job and he gave me some pointers on what to look for on a regular basis.

The condensate pump on my newly installed system went bad - I put a water leak alarm near the system just to be safe and was alerted to the leak. Matej from Quality Degree was very friendly, responded quickly and replaced the pump no questions, no charge! Very happy I went with Quality Degree.

In this world it's hard to find an honorable, loving and factory train technicians that cares so much for your new AC system to get installed. We were dealing with a sudden demise of a close friend that morning when Cole and his team arrived on Feb 3rd 2021. We had to leave immediately. Cole understood our situation and took care of everything. Cole had given an estimated time of completion and when we came back, Everything was complete. Cole helped us setup the thermostat. He and his team had to move things to make way to install the system. Every thing was put back as it was, the place was cleaned(it had snowed the previous day). It was like nothing happened. only we had a new AC and a Heating system installed. Nice job Cole and I really appreciate your professional work.

Our technician was called for a routine check of our system. While he was looking at our system, he pointed out something that was totally unrelated. The float on our sump pump was stuck, which could have resulted in a burn-out of our brand new unit. Kudos to Jason! (our technician)

Rod was great, saved the day having the right replacement part in stock to fix our AC unit during this heat wave! Whew!!

It was amazing to see Jake, Rod, & Steve replace our very old air conditioner with a new heat pump. With Jake as the lead, the men arrived on time, reviewed their work plan with me, answered some questions I had, put protective covering on the floors, and set to work. It was evident that these professionals were well versed in old as well as new heating & air conditioning units. The cumbersome old unit came down the narrow attic stairs in several pieces and the new system went up in similar fashion. It was interesting to watch each man work on a particular part of the new equipment. Then everything fell into place as the new unit was installed, new electrical lines were added and the entire system was tested. Now our new system is ready to handle whatever weather Mother Nature has in store for us, thanks to Jake, Rod, and Steve!

Great experience. Technical wore a mask, booties and gloves. He took his temperature before coming in. He touched limited things and wiped sprayed and wiped everything that he had to touch. He social distance but was courteous and respectful. I use Quality Degree Royersford annually and will continue to do so in the future.

Jake and his team were awesome. They were very professional and super nice. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they worked full days. Jake kept me informed, asked if I had any questions or suggestions. They were very considerate cleaning everything they could up and apologized about the dust (they were drilling thru cement blocks so it was out of their control). I had a delivery come that was kind of big and they brought it inside for me which was super nice as I did not even ask them too. They also brought my trash cans up from my curb.
Everything about this company and all their people have been top notch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Only had them out for an estimate but they were on time, respectful of my home and extremely informative on the product.

Matej, Josh, and Tarik did a great job installing my new HVAC system. They worked for 12hrs straight to get the job done. They were professional and left the area cleaner than they came.

Our problem was diagnosed quickly and Jake was able to replace the failing fuel valve with parts he had on-hand. He also took the time to describe other potential causes for the intermittent failure to ignite and ballpark costs should this come back. So far we have been very pleased with our decision to switch to QDI from our previous vendor.

Edit 8/17/2018:
Had intermittent HVAC power loss about a month ago, that predictably wouldn't reproduce while Jason was here repairing a damaged duct line. Based upon a video he gave two suggestions. Performed the thermostat replacement myself and worked fine until this Monday when it came back and then total power loss. Did some self diagnosis and replaced main board and still dead. Jason came out this morning and between my description of what I did and some much better troubleshooting techniques, he was able to find a burned up power switch that I checked by continuity and not voltage. I had a replacement on hand from a prior electrical job and he was able to install it. Thanks!!

They are the best! I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was able to be kept informed as to when the technicians would arrive. They did a thorough job an followed up with me as to the out come. He also addressed some issues that could be potential problems but there was no hard sell which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend them.

I have been very impressed with the responses and service that I received regarding my new air conditioning and gas furnace. I was apprehensive at first when I signed the contracts....first big buy for the home, but Chris and Daniel who came out to install my new unit helped put me at ease. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. They worked with any questions I asked and clarified any procedures they were doing. I look forward to having a good experience with the Lennox unit we purchased and working with Quality Degree in the future.

01/20/2021: Ben performed regular maintenance on the HVAC unit and hot water heater. The hot water heater needed flushed and inspected. Ben was very professional and explained everything he was doing. 12/26/2020: Installation was quicker than expected. Installers were here early. They took care covering flooring and cleaning up after themselves. They explained the ecobee thermostat, entered preliminary settings based on their experience with comfort settings, and showed me how to adjust fan if needed. Sent me pictures of the installed equipment and tests. Hopefully I only need to see them again for annual check ups. Excellent experience.

I had my ac and furnace unit replaced back in 2018. Jake and Sergei were professional, thorough and very hard working. Jake explained everything patiently and thoroughly both before and after and took the time to answer all my questions. Since then we haved used them for maintenance and repair of our hvac system as well as water heater. They are always professional and helpful in explaining what the issue is when things go wrong. So far my experience with Quality Degree has been one of the best I have ever had with a contractor and I have owned several homes prior to this one. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time as they said they would we surveyed the area where they had to work, I had to move a few things which they offered to move for me, the work was done very nicely very neat very professional they explain things to me ask and if I had any questions, they left everything as it was when got there there was no mess at all after they had left, very nice job.

Not a let down. My family had about 4 estimates for furnace and a/c replacement and Quality Degree was around +$200/-$200 of of other estimates. The man who came to give us a price quote put us at such ease we went with them. Man, are we glad. Everything from beginning to end was top notch professionalism; put on booties, laid floor protection, vacuumed when done, laid stone under a/c (neighbors had theirs done last year and didn t have that), put back all lawn ornaments/landscaping around a/c, actually shook door mat when finished!!! Very pleased and happy.

Everything was excellent, we had 3 bids all with almost identical equipment, we went with the lowest bid.

I was very pleased with Matej Marolt today for my gas heater cleaning and service. I haven't had any complaints about any of the servicemen that they've sent over the years. The Lennox heating and air conditioning system that they sold to me through Costco is worth every penny I paid in energy savings. My heating and cooling costs are way down and I would recommend and use QDI again if I ever purchase another home. Thanks!

When I first called with my problem, I received excellent customer service. I was told someone would be out to take care of my issue between 3 and 5pm, the technician was onsite at 3:30, just a bit over two hours after my initial call.
I received a call 30 minutes prior to the technician's visit and he was here within that 30 minutes.
The technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I would have another problem, I would like for this gentleman to return. Unfortunately I do not recall his name.

Did not actually use QDI for any service or sales BUT when my furnace went out, I called QDI in a pinch for a quick quote and they were very responsive and attentive to my urgent need. Really appreciated them going out of their way to try and help me, which I can only assume would translate into everything they do for their customers. Thank you QDI!

Update 9/28: After my above review last year, I finally had the opportunity to call QDI again to have some service. The rep (Ken) came out to my property and spent all the time needed to diagnose the issue with my A/C. He was, at all times, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and great to communicate with. Thanks, Ken! Won't hesitate to call QDI again!

Aaron was awesome. Came over on time (even a bit early) and fixed my furnace all the while providing me some good info on ductless AC systems I may be looking to have installed soon.
