Extremely bad service. We had the table booked for 10 pm. The table was not free until 10:30 and by the time we were served our food it was 11:30. Most dishes on the menu were not available. In the bar there was empty chairs but we were told we can not sit on them as the area was booked. The worst night out ever.

Went there for Mother's Day. The staff on duty did not seem to understand the concept of Customer Service..

Had dinner for 15 people in Quaglino's last Saturday and I have to say I thought that it was superb. From the advance organisation for the large group to the service, food and entertainment on the night the restaurant and staff were faultless.

Lovely evening out in central London. Lovely cocktails.

A great ambiance and the live music is a lovely touch. The wine selection is very good and the food was quality.

However, as good as the bar staff were (especially their wine connoisseur), I found the staff in the dining area to be stretched thin (even when quiet) and to the standard of Pizza Express or worse.

Amazing, cosy, warm welcome - step back in time join jazz club sessions - with modern music, food and cocktails thrown in too!

It is a huge space and very unassuming... it looks like a grand ballroom.. had a set menu 3 course, starters and main was good. The cremebrule not so much. The caramilised sugar had a bitter after taste. Service was prompt and staff polite

Very nice food and a pleasant setting for a good meal. Regular music in the evening, which adds a good vibe. It's a trendy place and very popular. One down side, it's quite a noisy place with the buzz you'd get in a busy works canteen. With the extra noise of a live band, it can make talking to your fellow diners quite difficult. Overall a good experience, but the sound could do with being turned down a notch!

Ordered 4 Main dishes, not one was cooked properly, chips cold, drinks took 25 mins to arrive.. Very very poor experience. Entertainment was good but food was awful.

Great place! I went for a pal's birthday dinner and the food was fantastic. The entertainment was spot on and created a brilliant atmosphere for the celebrations.

dramatic, edgy, modern and loud! flawless lamb, but the tower of shellfish was a disappointment - size and variety, but lacking wow!

What a magical place! I've wanted to go for years (particularly as a big Ab Fab fan) but never got round to a visit. I was so pleased when my friend decided to hold his birthday lunch here. We all had a brilliant time and I can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Awful service, staff are rude. Much nicer restaurants in London than this, would not recommend!

Great atmosphere and lovely venue with attentive service. Food although very tasty and inventive was small in portion and I'd say over priced, unfortunately for me not cooked to perfection, lamb tough and chewy and scallops over cooked and also chewy. However overall a lovely venue with great staff but the food and price a little over rated, have had much better and even cheaper in London but worth a visit if In the area.

Fabulous venue! I took my husband here for his birthday and we had a great time. Lovely food, delicious cocktails and amazing live music. They had a live band that put a great show. Highly recommend for date nights, girls night out or if you want to go for drinks and dancing.

We were at a private event for our friends wedding. However the restaurant and staff were still all of the same and all amazing.

Beautiful Art Deco style interiors, delicious food, and good service.

Quaglino s is an establishment, and feels like a hidden gem you enter through a relatively small door, descend some stairs, and are greeted by very welcoming staff.

The bar is great for a pre-dinner cocktail. Even those on dry January won t be disappointed the bar staff are very accommodating. And the accompanying nuts are just the best!

Once you re ready to eat, you re shown the restaurant which is vast yet unintimidating.

The service is fast (almost too fast at time our mains came about 30 seconds after we were done with our starters), but aside from that, the staff were friendly and attentive.



For a date night or a special evening of any kind, Quaglino s won t let you down.

Unfortunately we didn t have good experience at Quaglinos.
We went last Saturday for my birthday dinner around six o clock. All the meals plus dessert were delicious, made from quality products, very well cooked, good portions also the price wasn t bad at all. We finished around 7:30pm and reserved two seats at the bar downstairs to stay a bit longer. All the other seats were already booked.
The terrible experience came soon after we moved to the bar. A young couple arrived and started asking for seats at the bar for four people (a couple plus parents). Somehow they allowed them to take three just behind my back without booking. The couple shared one just behind and were knocking to me all the time as obviously two people can t fit one bar seat! After the singer started to sing the only one thing I heard was the young really drank... behind me screaming like she was in a corner pub! The bartender apologised because he was also shocked by their behaviour and I overheard the mum asking the girl to stop as the mum moved behind me because she noticed that I wasn t happy at all. We also complain twice the first time nothing had changed and the second time at 10pm! the girl turned down a bit. But no-one came back to us to ask if we are happy, just two cocktails were offered for free by the bartender but I didn t fancy cocktail and I don t need anything for free.
We wanted a solution for the situation and enjoy the time there.
We left with feelings as we d have been in a overpriced pub and the people could finally take our seats!

I went there with some friends to celebrate a birthday and it was incredible. The space is totally stunning, very elegant. The food was really good and the price is very reasonable(20 pounds 2 courses and a glass of wine). The staff were very friendly and attentive. And not only that, the night we went there was a band playing amazingly. Absolutely recommended place.

Excellent venue but table service is a bit of a hit and miss. Mostly a miss. Two attempts at being charged again for what was already paid. I would go back in the hope that this was the exception not the norm.

A beautiful unique restaurant venue. For that special celibration this is the place. Look out for their Top Table offer. You will not be dissapointed.

Fantastic spot to take clients/business partners for lunch or dinner. The food is actually decent which by the way is a rarity in Mayfair these days!

Nice food, but all the chrome gold makes the place look like the set from Die Hard.

Tables very close together. Me and my partner were pretty much part of the table next to us. However food and service great.

I had such a lovely birthday dinner, the atmosphere and the food was great also i would recommend the Dover sole as a mains. The waiters especially Eder and two other ladies offered great and attentive service

Unless you are 20 and do not care about food, please chose another place. A la carte trout I ordered was tasteless and extremely overpriced. Closer to a disco than a restaurant and full of pretence.

Wonderful dinning area, super staff, prices are good, but the food, even though it was well prepared with great produce, could at times be a bit bland. (psst. Salt fixes most meals)

Massively underwhelming. Poor food and very poor service.

Food and cocktails were fantastic. Service was also pretty good as was a large party of us. Good lively venue with singers and would definitely revisit. The Best pork belly main!

After all these years, still producing excellent food cooked to a very high standard.

Not the one to give bad reviews, but shame about the overpouring of champagne twice and the SGM's poor customer service despite paying over 1k for the evening.

Nice modern bar with that hint of 1920s art deco touch. Great place for cocktails, nice food and always space at the bar without booking (except weekends)

Really fun experience actually and the place is quite beautiful

The atmosphere is great, it's got an upscale speakeasy kinda vibe (this does mean it's loud which I don't mind). The drinks were sumptuous, the entertainment was fabulous and the staff were wonderful.The salmon starter I had was flavourful and the complimentary birthday sorbet they gave me was rich and tangy. So why 3 stars? My main meal (chicken) was only okay. Wasn't particularly flavoursome and verging on the dry side. And the beef that my sister hd suffered from the same problem. The 2 people who ordered dessert were also somewhat disappointed. If I were paying full price I would've been more annoyed but I went with the evening standard set menu. I'd go back to the bar and if there were another offer try something else on the menu to give Quaglinos another chance to win me over.

Was looking forward to this night, ended up being a terrible choice to book, cold food slow service and being lied too about where we would be seated when we booked reservation , band sounded great but could not see the stage from being given a table in back corner like we were not worthy. Service was slow. Not at all what we expected. Very disappointed.

Lunch, 30 pounds, three courses, with glass bubble, but set lunch is completely pleading for it. Super good taste and exquisite.
I most appreciate the appetizer and dessert. The main course beef is so delicious (just a personal too loves meat).

Quaglino s has great food and wine but it s not about that. The decor is worth the price of the meal. Live music from the stage. Amazing cocktails. The hostess have the best dresses. Every aspect of the experience is memorable

Reception have very bad attitude but the host try do his best food is ok show is depend on the schedule.

Lovely food. Love the decor. Our waited Ricardo was amazing. The live music starts at 9pm. Would go again for sure. 3 course meal and a glass of wine will probably set you back 80 pounds per person.

I didn't mind this place. The Maitre'd was nice enough to let us know when our time was up for food, so if you're a slow eater, eat up. Food was ok but it wasn't anything to shout home about for the price you pay. Also, be quick on the go with the drinks and food. The moment you sit down, be quick to order, otherwise flagging down someone could take up to 20 minutes if you're not careful of your timing

The kitchen must have been having a bad night. Took forever to get our main courses, so much so that the manager offered us free desserts. A 930 booking on a Friday and we didn't get done until after midnight. Food quality was also off--the scallops were super dry and extremely over cooked, the plating was sub par, and the sides were poorly done. The music was the best thing about this restaurant, and it kept us in decent spirits. That and the people watching, as this place is a scene. We will return for drinks only in the future.

Excellent service, food was delicious, presentation superlative, decor and atmosphere brilliant.

My table was 45minutes late, didnt like the starter or the mains, dessert was great. Nice atmosphere though.
