Arrived one hour late (was held up by my morning delivery) they gave me a dock 6 hours later and finished loading 20 minutes later there was no trucks there they could have loaded me a lot sooner. Unnecessary punishment for being late.
I worked their and that place is so bad for night shift people they yell at you and never talk good to any one they didn't give me a handbook when I first started working there so I could know my Rights ..They don't give bathroom brakes and I just felt really bad for some of the people that work in this place ... I tried talking with the One HR worker that I know but Jackie just was not hearing it so I got fired because I told them I could not do the one job they asked me to do after working 7 hours and my hands had been hurting so bad..I am okay now and am going to go back with my job at Burlington they pay more and they don't get upset when you have to go to the bathroom or get something to drink ..
The office staff get the star for their kindness and the restroom was clean and was supplied of paper products and it wasn t a dirt lot. That s all I can say that s positive about my experience getting loaded here. I had a 11:00 a.m. appointment. Arrived one hour prior to my appointment and staged. They had me back into a door at my appointment time and then nothing. No red light for two hours until I inquired about the load if there was a problem. 15 min later the light went red. One hour later, now three hours past appointment time I inquired again. 20-30 more minutes. Now we are beyond the 4th hour. Told the same thing, 20-30 minutes. Well, it doesn t even matter now how long it takes after I complete this review. I will never be returning to this facility. It s so sad appointment times apparently mean nothing here. Communication is horrible regarding what is actually going on and no one around with authority to do anything about it. The office staff did all they could do inquiring each time I went to check on the load. It must be very embarrassing for the office staff to have such faulty operations to deal with. Who is working to resolve these issues? Does anyone care? I don t about this place anymore. It s dead to me.
Got this load late from xpo logistics..get here woman in shipping office explains that appointment was for 0830. We booked this load at 1000. Oh not to mention roads are closed because of weather. Well I get here around 1130. She tells me she will call when a door is available, get that call around 1215. After sitting for 4 1/2 hours in the dock I walk up front to see what s going on. She explains to me that I m in the penalty box because I was late. I explain to here again when we booked the load. Then she tells me next time I ll just leave you in the yard... I walk out because clearly this is going nowhere. The broker was trying to reach them on the phone but they don t answer. So he asks me to walk up and get a number so that he could speak to them. I get to the window and after being starred at for 10 min. Another woman asks me if she could help me. I told her the broker would like to talk to them. She get in the radio and says this guys probably not going to take this load now since you guys made him wait this long. So clearly this is a power trip by their shipping employees. I explain to the woman you do realize we work on a dot clock and you ve basically killed my 14 hour clock. Her response was so I don t care if it gets delivered...wow who has employees like this working for them! To all other drivers I would stay for away...hard to make money with people playing games. Not to mention it makes the situation worse on the other end as well. With the drive caught in the middle.
Management needs to be replaced.. very unprofessional.... Unable to load truck in a timely manner... No accountability here... Don't waste your coming here for a pickup..
If you know that you can do better than to work at QPSI then follow your heart and find a more suitable job. Don't waste to much of your life thinking about it. I will miss Ana i think i may have fallen in love with her though i know we would never have come to be. Yeah well
No Overnight Parking but you can park on street. Very slow. Don t wanna come back here.
Nice place but slow and disorganized. They put me in one door only to have the loader come out and tell me that I needed to move to another door. Total b.s.
Arriving at this company, be prepared to waste a lot of time here.

Two stars for having to come back twice after the initial load due to being overweight (gross) and then second time overweight on drive axle. Staff is very nice and overnight parking on street shoulder is available. Big lot and easy parking on docks. The gentleman who helped me last night was great. Deserves a raise!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, no handbook was given, no breaks just one lunch and that too takes the entire lunch to heat up the food because everyone gets the lunch at same time, and they tell u to hold ur pee because they don t let u go use a bathroom in the middle of ur shift, barbaric people, no benefit and pppl get treated like slaves

They dont have the bathroom for the drivers. Its only for the employees. Thats a shame. They shouldnt allow it for their employees too.
