While the prices have gone up, considerably, the quality goes down. They have this all-inclusive burrito that STARTS at $7.80. I don't want all the ingredients they have available at the counter but to get a simple burrito (which doesn't taste nearly as good as it did) you have to pay Nearly $8.00. The service has always been a little suspect at this place, but it has gotten worse as well.
It was a stupendously bad move on Qdoba's part. They used to make a burrito that was a decent alternative to Chipotle. They no longer do...at a much higher price. I believe I'm done with you Qdoba, but you had a good run.

Guy at the counter seems to resent your presence I came during the slow time their workers are just lounging in the lobby hanging out so I had to wait until they felt like serving me. Food wasn't bad but more expensive than illegal Pete's and Chipotle and they taste better.

Good place for a quick bite not far off the 16th Street Mall. The place was a bit unkempt for a Saturday afternoon. And surprisingly very quiet. But the food was good and the woman working the food line was great. Not the best Qdoba in town (stacks of burrito metal bowls on the trash cans and ones on the ground on the patio, and the bathroom could use better upkeep) but I'd come back if I was in the neighborhood and I was hungry.

Never left a review but had to make an exception...
Wires got crossed when I ordered Qdoba through UberEats for a handful of my employees during the small window we had for lunch.
The level of understanding and customer service that I received from Qdoba, and specifically the manager Tim, was second to none.

The kind of service that you rarely see and that kind that will keep me coming back.
Well done

Marcus the manager is extremely rude. If they make a mistake, it's always your fault. They never take responsibility or try to make it right. So if you enjoy rude people making crappy food - this is the place to go. If they mess up, expect attitude from the manager. I'll never go back. I hope they close down.

The lady in the front with blue in her hair is just rude. She doesnt know how to greet people, maybe because I am a different race with darker skin but I could feel the unwelcoming vibe from her part. I also asked for guac and she couldve scooped some from the middle where it was fresh but nope she scooped it right from the corner where it was already dark and old at top. She s one of those people you really hope dont ever serve you again. The gentleman at the cash register was nice & very kind. Definitely not visiting this Qdoba location again.

Unsatisfactory. Bland and oily. It doesn't stand up to Chipotle or Illegal Pete's which are right around the corner. The employees aren't very friendly either. I'm sitting here now and there are flies too.

The line is short. Now I know why.

One of the few Qdoba restaurants that can handle the work load of the busy downtown area. Food is always fresh. Staff is genuinely friendly and quickly maintained speed and accuracy for the lunch rush volume which looked like more than 400 people the afternoon I sat in for lunch. Well done for such a small location. The manager Richard went above and beyond for a few customers that had minor issues during their visit. Thanks for the food.

They have a great menu and my coworker said that they are similar to Chipotle. That being said, you could see all they had to offer from the pulled pork, grilled seasoned chicken, steak, beans and rice while ordering. Basically you build the burrito or tostada to your liking in which the sky is the limit! Because the beans, rice and add on ingredients are so good you can build something simple or load it it up. Great lunch.

Had to literally yell and repeat my order like 3 times because the female burrito maker wanted to be ignorant, Food was horrible didn t finish , I always go to QDOBA so I know what to expect this location is Horrible

Typical burrito place copying Chipotle style. And the were packed, slow and tried to skimp on the guacamole.

Ps tell the cook they need to add salt to the Avocado along with other spices to call it Guac.

Patio is open work social distancing in place. Wouldn't normally review a fast casual chain spot... But they really nailed it. Everything was very fresh and restored my previously lost faith in Qdoba in general. If you're downtown and looking for a spot to get an affordable and yet fresh meal... I'm legitimately recommending this location.

I have to start off by saying the staff at this location and Rick the Manager went ABOVE & BEYOND today to make our catered lunch at the office suburb. Not only were they booked solid with less then a 24 hour notice they made room to accommodate our 20 person luncheon. The food was fresh, tasty and plenty for everyone to pick and choose what they wanted. We accidentally forgot something at the location and Rick took time out of his busy work day to personally drop it off to us within 10 minutes of calling him. Talk about Customer Service! I highly recommend using them for your next luncheon or even to run in and grab a bite. Thanks QDOBA Market St. Staff!!

I eat here every chance I get, and I love it. The staff is super friendly, to the point that they know my order and ask where I've been if I miss a day or two. The food is healthy, filling and flavorful, and this particular location is great at making burritos that don't fall apart under pressure. I love it.

Normally a big Qdoba guy over the other burrito options, but easily my worst experience yet, which makes me sad! The service was top notch, but I've yet to have a colder, more dried out burrito than I did this past Saturday.

Best chipotle alternative on Sundays (the chipotle on 16th and market around the corner is closed on Sundays.) Qdoba has more flavorful chicken, in my opinion, plus you get free queso, guac and items like raw onions and cilantro, not available at chipotle, make this my go to spot for burritos, esp on Sundays.

Food was good but their menu has changed & alot & the new items none of the food preps didn't take the time to upsale me. But the supervisor did offer me a free drink just because I didn't order everything that I wanted.

I just got a bowl delivered through Door Dash and am so satisfied. They didn't forget a single thing (and I may have went a little extra with the toppings) the portions were perfect, seriously! Perfect amount of meat and rice and beans! All of it! I'm a happy lady! Thank you!

I have been here a couple of times late night, and it is a great spot to eat at when everything else is closing around it. Friendly staff, clean location (especially being downtown), and good food quality.

Above and beyond customer service! I came in behind a family of 4 who had a lot of questions. The staff were so patient with them and moving them through the line which naturally took some time...a manager came over to get my order going simultaneously so I wouldn t need to keep waiting and then by the end comped my entire meal including a drink. I was so so grateful and it made my day!

Not one to ever complain but was working late downtown and decided to grab a quick bite to eat before staying up late. It did start to rain a little so I headed for restaurant. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 7:47 I noticed the second door into to the store was already locked. Looked inside and saw the employee by register already closing it out I'm assuming as I knocked on window, he did not seem to take notice of me. I loved to come here for quick healthy eats, but closing 10 minutes early with no notice or sign on door definitely turned me away from here for good. Just bad business practice if you ask me.

Their customer service leave something to be desired Qdoba food is always subpar. But this location doesn't seem to know how to talk and answer questions about things like is the front door open or what would you recommend or how's the beans. They really seemed more interested on the catering that was going on in the dining room and its creation then helping their first customer in the door
