EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I contacted QC Supply (Schuyler, Nebraska) customer service on 3 occasions.

Before ordering, I spoke to someone in product support about heat lamp placement and safety. I intended to heat an outdoor cat house in Washington state. The gentleman I spoke with had personal experience with heat lamps and was able to provide more trustworthy, credible information that I was able to come up with after 2 days of internet searching. I was extremely grateful and ordered 4 hard glass, red heat lamps.

For some reason, on checkout, the address information that auto-populated as I filled out the form resulted in duplication of my street address. I didn t catch this at the time I ordered, but did so when I received the invoice confirmation (before the product shipped). I called and spoke with Jennifer K, who was super helpful, immediately fixed this, and sent me a new invoice confirmation.

The heat lamps arrived Friday, 10/23. The individual heat lamps boxes were double-boxed in two cardboard shipping boxes and padded with filler paper. Despite this, one heat lamp arrived shattered (all of the boxes were all intact). One heat lamp had a rattle, but (surprisingly) still worked.

I contacted customer service, reported the concerns, and requested a refund for one heat lamp. Instead, they mailed out 2 replacement heat lamps at no charge. This was certainly more than I expected.

I am super impressed with this company and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered an item that ships from the factory (not from QC supply). I was supposed to get a message (I asked not to be called because I work odds hours). I did not receive any message so I called. I have a billing address in Nevada where I live and work and a shipping address in Oklahoma where I have a secondary residence. I received a message that my purchase was fraudulent! I own both residences and my credit card is under my name. When I called, I was told that the CEO thought I was making a fraudulent purchase. (By the way, I am a law enforcement officer).

Good customer service friendly staff. Prices can be a little high but they often have things other like stores do not.

I'm not sure who decided on the new hours for the QC Retail outlets, but they must not know a lot about retail and customers. 8-5. Mon-Sat are ridiculous hours. Most people, like me,work at least 40hrs a week and can't make it to the store before 6,much less 5. I often shop on Sundays. I shop both Nebraska stores and usually spend $100/ week between horse/dog/small animal supplies. I loved your stores because they were very helpful and ordered in supplies I needed that weren't normally carried in the store. I am a very busy professional dog groomer who works from 7am-6pm so my working clients can drop off their dogs and pick them up. I repeatedly refer my clients to QC for pet food and supplies. With your new hours I will no longer be shopping at QC and will have to give my business to Bomgaars who is currently expanding everywhere and also fills my requests.

Horrible treatment of employees. Overpriced goods. I'd spend my money elsewhere.

It's a good place to work and they have some great items

In the hand full of times I've been there, it's been low quality, poor selection, over priced and had little to say positively. Go there for a shirt and it's $54. Went to wal Mart the next town over and seen the same shirt and brand for $15.
I don't shop there often so it's only worth so much but it doesn't make me willing to return.

While they could not provide me with my need, they were very nice to tell me where to go. Friendly staff 100%

They are very helpful and offer a lot of things that just aren t available in a rural area. If you don t see it, just ask. It s a big place with a little bit of everything. Then there is always the catalog desk where they have a HUGE selection and a lot of it is available right away from the warehouse that is attached to the store. We ordered shirts from them to have custom embroidered and within 10 days the shirts were in, tried on and very professionally embroidered just a few hours after they arrived. Talk about amazing service!

Their products are not ul listed and state electrical codes not meet
