I contacted QC Supply (Schuyler, Nebraska) customer service on 3 occasions.

Before ordering, I spoke to someone in product support about heat lamp placement and safety. I intended to heat an outdoor cat house in Washington state. The gentleman I spoke with had personal experience with heat lamps and was able to provide more trustworthy, credible information that I was able to come up with after 2 days of internet searching. I was extremely grateful and ordered 4 hard glass, red heat lamps.

For some reason, on checkout, the address information that auto-populated as I filled out the form resulted in duplication of my street address. I didn t catch this at the time I ordered, but did so when I received the invoice confirmation (before the product shipped). I called and spoke with Jennifer K, who was super helpful, immediately fixed this, and sent me a new invoice confirmation.

The heat lamps arrived Friday, 10/23. The individual heat lamps boxes were double-boxed in two cardboard shipping boxes and padded with filler paper. Despite this, one heat lamp arrived shattered (all of the boxes were all intact). One heat lamp had a rattle, but (surprisingly) still worked.

I contacted customer service, reported the concerns, and requested a refund for one heat lamp. Instead, they mailed out 2 replacement heat lamps at no charge. This was certainly more than I expected.

I am super impressed with this company and will definitely order from them again.
