Was fun on a Thursday night. Drink menu worked. Came in late and still found a great spot to sit.

Went here with my sis and I am not a fan of stand-up comedy, but we had a great time!

Authentic place - great performers. Woulden t eat here though

I had an awesome night here! Great atmosphere, food was decent, service was slow but friendly (I feel they should ve had more waitresses), comics were all pretty funny and then Jerry Seinfeld showed up. Amazing! Overall a great place to spend an evening. If I find myself in NYC again, I will definitely be back!

The food and drinks were over priced, the comedian's were not really funny. Asisde from the your servers were way to slow, i got my food at the end of the show. The spilled my first drink and had to bring me a new one. That took like 20 extra mins. All i can say is i feel like i wastes my time and money and will not recommend anyone to go there ever.

We just saw a comedy show here recently and had a truly great time. The tickets were affordable and the seating was intimate so the experience is very up close and entertaining. The service was good despite having to weave in and out of tables pressed closely together. The food was good and the drinks were strong, would love to go back

Great venue for a night out for laughs. Go early for best seating. Attended several nights and I have never been disappointed.

Had an amazing time! The comedians were good some of them not to my liking, but they were entertaining everyone. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who enjoys comedy.

A must go to if you live NYC comedy. As a performer, it's a great venue. I love it.

The drinks are really over priced. Fyi there's a 2 drink minimum per person at every show.

First NYC comedy club. I have no complaints. Great service. Comedians were great. Host did a great job of engaging the audience and transitioning the acts. Impressive.

Love the Chinese guy who did his standup comedy on how awesome Chinese people are!

First time experience at a comedy club. My party had a wonderful time here! We had a special appearance of John Mulaney as well! It was unexpected and welcoming! Just to show that this club has a rep around NYC. Will be coming back.

Don t leave NYC without visiting Gotham Comedy Club!

Larger comedy club. Big acts sneak in now and then we saw Jim Gaffigan! Brilliant.

Depends on the night, check the line up before you go. Tuesday has free tickets if you book in advance (sign up on their list serv)

Came to see my friend preform. He was funny. Got a very warm reception and was well organized at the end of his set. great area and commute

I saw Chad Daniels here and I had a great time and I can't wait to go to the next show. Tickets were a good price, drinks were really good, and wait staff was fast and nice.

We had an awesome time! My only complaint is the two drink limit. But you can always go to the lounge and get a drink before the show. If you're looking for a laugh, this is a great place!

Went to a comedy show on a Tuesday night and guess who showed up? Jerry Seinfeld!

Such a great venue! Not a bad seat in the house. The comedians are hilarious and the wait staff is great!

This was a great night out. If you have a chance to see Vicki Barbolak (former AGT star) in person, do it. She is hilarious and also really nice. She even recorded a video saying hello to my kids, who loved her on AGT. I wish I remember the name of the host too because he was also really funny.

We laughed a lot, drinked a lot and food wasn't bad at all. For party of 4 we paid without tips $131, plus tickets.

About half the acts were good on 'All stars' night; Drinks and a plate of pretty bad fried food avgd to $25 a person (plus cover).

Besides the comedy part, the staff is nice and attentive. Two drinks minimum in addition to the cover, but can be non alcoholic. The chianti was very nice unexpectedly!

Always a fun time in Gotham. They do have 2 drink minimum which is alright.

Really enjoyed this place. Went to one of the more low-key trying out new material and debut comics shows. Definitely what I was looking for. Very funny, and intimate. Didn t get food. Drinks were pretty basic, but good. Don t wash your hands in the men s bathroom sink closest to the door! Bam!

Average comedy club. A bit expensive too. Seems a bit like a tourist trap. There are some way better and authentic comedy clubs in NYC, and much cheaper too. The food is not very good.

Comedians were fantastic and super entertaining. Drinks were delicious but food was overpriced. The guacamole was not good as the portion is small and the chips are soft. Buffalo chicken was good and flavorful but sauce was not a good consistency. Expect to pay $36 on top of the ticket price for entry if buying food and drinks.

Love this place, especially when Angelo MCs! Upstairs and downstairs are great.

We had a great time when I went with friends. Ian Bagg was the main guy and the price was pretty low. I would go back for sure.

Always love this club. Fun atmosphere and good vibes all around. Usually a lot of tourists in the audience. So happy i was able to be in the first ever VR comedy show.

Always have a laugh here no matter what the show is.

This place was a great location for a date for a reasonable price. Tickets were not too expensive for the 3 comedians we saw. I will add that there was a 2 drink minimum, but if you are there for the whole show it isn't too bad. The food was good and came out quickly for us. I would recommend it!

A very fun evening. The whole experience is memorable. But the service is a bit slow and they shouldn't be collecting bills while the performers are doing their bits.

2nd time here! Saw ronny chang and roy wood jr and a few people i didnt recognize but became fans of. Gotham never disappoints and im always happy to pull up here on a free Tuesday or whenever ill be back

Great comics...friendly atmosphere. Overall, a great time.

My husband and I went here for the first time and we will definetely go back. Service was great. We had nice seats. We would've loved to sit alone since we had to share table with another couple. Besides that, it was great.

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after and given great seats(we were early)
The performers were diverse and natural and we laughed out loud for the whole 90mins. Well worth it. Reasonable bar prices and fabulous service.

Laughter = Good health! What a fun place, was there last Tuesday 10th for the PS 11 benefit show! What can be better than laughing your ass off while at the same time help a good cause!
Qhat a line up, these guys were hysterical, I left Gotham with my side hurting form laughing so much. Great mix of talented comedians, Colin Quinn, Jim Gaffigan, Gilbert Gottfried and John Oliver. We all ahd a super fun time!

Everyone was great so much so, Richie Redding and Kate Quigley could of closed out the show any other day. I don't think I've ever laughed as much in one night. Definitely one I will never forget, Uncle Joey might just be the GOAT. They might be the greatest ensemble and should take their 3 comic show on tour and or do a Netflix special together. TREMENDOUS!

It was neat and the vibe was set, but the beer system is annoying that u have to order 2 drinks which cost me 11 bucks for just 3 glasses of water. Plus the waitresses interrupted each individual to ask for orders right in the middle of the comedy. Some folks enjoyed the show very much for me as the first experience was OK

Awesome comedy club! The venue is spacious and well laid out. They could definitely cram more seating in if they wanted but have clearly chosen not to pursue that route and I really enjoyed that fact. Staff were friendly and helpful, drinks were $8-$16 on average (the venue does have a two drink minimum at the time of this writing) but they did have some less expensive drinks that still counted towards that minimum, including non-alcoholic ones. Side note, Billy Gardell was hilarious.
