I'm not sure who decided on the new hours for the QC Retail outlets, but they must not know a lot about retail and customers. 8-5. Mon-Sat are ridiculous hours. Most people, like me,work at least 40hrs a week and can't make it to the store before 6,much less 5. I often shop on Sundays. I shop both Nebraska stores and usually spend $100/ week between horse/dog/small animal supplies. I loved your stores because they were very helpful and ordered in supplies I needed that weren't normally carried in the store. I am a very busy professional dog groomer who works from 7am-6pm so my working clients can drop off their dogs and pick them up. I repeatedly refer my clients to QC for pet food and supplies. With your new hours I will no longer be shopping at QC and will have to give my business to Bomgaars who is currently expanding everywhere and also fills my requests.
