I ordered an item that ships from the factory (not from QC supply). I was supposed to get a message (I asked not to be called because I work odds hours). I did not receive any message so I called. I have a billing address in Nevada where I live and work and a shipping address in Oklahoma where I have a secondary residence. I received a message that my purchase was fraudulent! I own both residences and my credit card is under my name. When I called, I was told that the CEO thought I was making a fraudulent purchase. (By the way, I am a law enforcement officer).
