Waited FOUR and HALF & HOUR..
PAID RM100 for 1 stitches only..
VERY VERY POOR MAINTENANCE...
THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD CLOSE IT..
Cheras people don't have choice..
But pls if you feel dont want to die at hospital Better go other hospital or clinic nearby..

Some nurse are nice but not all. Wouldnt recommend pregnant woman giving birth here. its a tragedy experience. Can anyone believe a labor lady actually tells your wife lay down with both leg straight, yes you can give birth by doing so?as she told wife. seriously, i have no idea this is correct way, until i ask wife to have position like our 2nd son giving birth time. but once my wife in the pushing position, the labor lady actually push my wife tummy as is pushing or massaging the baby to come out... believe me, its not soft or gentle... luckyly both wife and newborn is safe for now.. the next day immediately they say you can discharge... government need to look into this matters seriously.. after the 3rd day discharge, my son skin looks yellow, yes jaundice consider normal & common for newborn.. been in and out KK seri kembangan and hukm... like a ping pong.. kk say hukm, hukm say kk.. all normal test on jaundice.. on 2nd week.. kk told us must warded for prolonged jaundice and must go Hukm... blood test nothing or didnt say... we couldnt bear it and went to Columbia... serious... my newborn was tested positive on Klebsiella.. how in the world that my newborn could actually infected with this infection?

I am sure here all will know what went wrong especially exert Doctors.. what happen to labor room and why no uv light for jaundice in the 1st place? not even once. As hukm doc also say, no need, not gonna help, no point... last but not least for the 1st time i will from doc, morning sunlight not helping jaundice... this is my 3rd child, and its not 1st...

Dont just think of your own report cards only, please think of saving people life.

The hospital has very good equipment, however the parking fee is very expensive. I'll recommend to park opposite at the stadium (which is free) and walk.

Normal government public hospital or private specialist hospital within your means.

1 year ago i went here for my daughter had accident from falling to aeon mall ride playground , and do the stitch here until now there is a left stitch that can be seen to my daughter forehead. Last time i went doctor whom i talkd to said it will be dissolve eventually but its already a year and the stitch is visible and hurt my daughter complain im botherd so much ( already take off the left stitch this 2019 and daughter doin fine now )

First this hospital needs a lot of improvement in their service.

It takes forever to discharge.
1) you have to wait the nurse to type a letter usually it takes around 2-3 hours.
2) then you can only go down and pay! (Sometimes you ll need to wait another 30mins cause the person in charge for paying will say: ohhh system belum ada lagi, kena tunggu)
3) after paying then you need to wait for medicine too! (Usually there s only 1 counter which is working out of 5) so you have to wait forever
4) go up the wad again then you can only leave now

One of the psychiatrists here, Dr. Canit, simply gave out a wrong assumption about the patient without knowing the situation, and even trying to provoke the patient while she/he is mentally unstable. Very unprofessional.

All the doctors and staff are very friendly. During the course of my mother's life, she frequently attended ward and various appointments at various clinics. Thankfully, all doctors are very gentle, ethical. Thank you for making our day easier. Only God can repay the doctors and staff there. Thank you guys

If I could rate it 0 star I would. Super bad and unprofessional service - 24/7 you can hear nurses laughing and on their mobile phones. Slow service as it would take u forever just to pay. Dirty place and almost all the facilities in the wards have some parts that are broken. Honestly embarrassed at the quality of this Malaysian hospital.

Looks like you can wait xperlu to show you the pain here, sy ckp start2" verse nurse..xtau nk ckp ape ambil mail and back .. even if the patient is too much of a nurse should talk like this .. .. we are waiting for the patient not to ask for free treatment .. paid ... PLEASE TAKE ATTENTION AND ACTION !!!

The spacing soup is not complied with, ask for the cooperation of the security unit monitoring inside not only outside

Their dengue ward on the 6th floor is the dirtiest I've ever seen... Yuck so dirty, how to treat dengue patients in this condition.

I got immediate attention after being sick in reception.

On 17 October 2018 to 18 October 2018 a friend of mine has been in a hukm's hospital for childbirth, what I want to tell all staff from subordinate staff to doctors are all good, they are quite professional in performing their duties, from registration to all nice .. especially the gentlemen who treated me at the counter 7 discajs on that day..and the staff at that place are all friendly, this is my first experience in the court .. I thank all the staff and concerned doctors ..

This hospital let us wait from 2pm to 9pm just to make us pay double price of it ( rm75 regular rm130 after 9pm) and It take me 3 hours to pay btw u have to wait 15 min for the elevator

For the first time i've seen an idiot doctor in charge consulted my father..such a waste..if and only i can borrow the time stone from doctor strange, i will go back and not wasting my time there..

Worst hospital I have ever been. The parking rate was expensive, the admission procedure was slow too. Today I came with my mum to manage my dad necessity like, giving him food and bath him. Queued for 1 hour but then they only let one visitor in. The process flow to enter also wasn't clear. There's like a banner telling us to register qr code to visit. But when I registered the qr code they still won't let me in at all. Still need to register as visitor through the counter. So what's the point having the banner telling us to register quite a troublesome because there's also elderly queuing. The facilities was very poor as well. Not much dustbin. There were also almost no bench to sit and wait. People had too stand. The parking entrance only via touch n go, no parking ticket. No caretaker were allowed so I wonder if the nurses and staffs had enough hands to help patients if they need to bath or go to the toilet. Family weren't allowed either so how???? Aiiyoooo really sucks and bad considering it's a semi-government hospital

The doctor in the emergency department is rude to the patient

Can I know why the service to meet the Doctor in the PPUKM takes too long? While the appointments have been available but have to wait for a long time to see a doctor. From the early morning until almost 1pm the new day can meet. The jump with the doctor takes only 5 minutes.

the maintenance of the hospital should be upkeep since they have people coming in and out every day... its not nice to look at the dirty stains on the chairs... some of it are broken and still not repaired... the aircon sometimes isnt working too makes being there so much more uncomfortable.. dah lah orang ke hospital ni sakit..... orang batuk bersin semua.... i really hope they will take the initiative to upgrade the hospital... inshallah

Veryy traumatic experience ever, my sister deliver the baby after the emergency caesarean, and she had been only allowed to stay for one night at the ward.. On her poor condition we bring back her home.. I just camt accept the way the nurses told us to bring her home.. How can a caesarean case could be dischrged in just one night??... Totally foolish.. Plusss another case, where a 10 months baby was admitted for 10 dys diarhea and fever, no treatment was given to him except the drips.. No action to stop his fever that leads to fits(sawan)..plus late action of dr and nurses..later baby's whole body get swollen bcz of over giving the drips....totally poor service...fully crowded with Practical doctors.. And different opinions.. The dr who is inchrged is totallly waste...anything urgent only a few nurses are there... Pls take note.. And i hope this hospital will treat patient as patient and not as a research object in future .. Tq

The best parking service is fun .. though sometimes full

Although HUKM is a government uni/hospital, Pusat Perubatan UKM is not 100% free or RM1 as per other government clinics. However, the cheaper rate mean beds are always tight.

I was visit Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia like researcher, I looking about patients samples, HUKM have good services thanks a lot for help me.

Year 2018, they still send mail to postbox for appointments change, not even call (last time got call).. Causing my mum came from hometown and appointment postponed to 2 months later.. Wasting money n time

Emergency department counter registration that two lady is too rude and no manners.
Doctor all are good.

1) Too many inexperienced staff
2) Some nurses and security guards are rude

I like this hospital to go to those who remember it. The best service ..

As usual , the only skill you must have is the highest level of patient. Please come here for lower price compared to private hospital.It serve the purpose of hospital.

Doctor asked me to wait and see him regarding my mum case but i have waited WHOLE DAY and the end he said can t make it to meet me?! Seriously I have taken my leave and waited for nothing? Hello people s time is time as well and you wasted like that? Service to suck!

Came on a weekday in the afternoon. Although there was already a crowd it only took an hour for me to see the doctor. I expected to wait longer.

Very bad on service until I dunno how to describe. I will consider further file a case to the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

they urge my father to do brain tumor operation. the operation went well. very2 successful. but all tragedy happens after chemo radio. ended on 4th oct 2019. first apointment was on 16th jan 2020. almost 3mnths hukm didnt provide any medication. NO MONOTORING. he said see u in 6 mnths.. now what happen to my father? weaker n weaker. lost eye sight.. memory lost.. morale: always chase your doc. get his number for any emergency.

The services provided by staff are satisfactory despite the long wait at times. Parking is an issue.

The prices are affordable and the services are so good.

Service slow to get smashed .. Time to ask for money for the fast payment..done people come kul 7 kul 1 new call .. many people make it work fast a bit do not dock to front counter..because of what .. Gelak2 hopefully here .. Service is very unsatisfactory .. If the lack of staff add la..ni already know the doctors who work 2 people je .. if it is good to open clinic je .. I have been applying for my Patient Record since February 2017. Last week when I received a call saying my medical records were ready and will be mailed by mail ... unfortunately the promise from the records division failed me to receive any documents until now.

Someone has changed the name of this place for confusing others. Typical desperate PPUKM staff.

Very terrible experience here at HUKM on 29th July night. Almost more than 10hrs waiting to meet doc in emergency,
Pity to those kids and senior citizens. There was an accident case with bleeding wounds also waiting long. Only few patients left at 3.40am yet no numbers were called to check.

One of the best team of heart specialist team in town. Funding by government grant I not expect the hospital is brightly polish. Bad timing you may not get the bed and place on waiting list for days. If you are complaining go to private hospital. People are still smoking in man toilet. Parking can be scarce but you can part free parking opposite the hospital.

Very terrible experience here at HUKM. Doctor can set appointment with you on 9am yet only come to work at 11am. Worse still, this even happen during the weekday. No sense of responsibility, shame to be called as professional. Not recommended to come here, bad bad service

01 Sep 2020 2.00 pm - the female attendant/announcer at the Pusat Komunikasi Jabatan Perubatan Kecemasan was very very rude. Even simple inquiry like if able to know status as my mother came in ambulance to HUKM Emergency and was pushed in for more than 2 hours into emergency due to stroke she would sarcastically replied that just "duduk dan tunggu. 2 jam tak lama mesti tunggu sekurang nya 3 jam"
I walked away but overheard her rude remark "bodoh tunggulah"
I asked for her name but she refused to tell and also she was not wearing her name tag

All I wanted to know is just status if mother was stabilised. Is that wrong and not permissible?
I was using my phone to update my sister and she thought I was taking her photo. Suddenly, a security officer Farid came and asked to check my phone citing that who I took that female attendant's photo. What rights they hv to check my phone but as I was not guilty I showed him my phone.
If she was not UNPROFESSIONAL or RUDE why so scared until must call security ?

Shouldn't STAFF MUST WEAR THEIR NAME TAGS.
No one likes to come to a hospital unless they or one of their loved ones is unwell/sick. But what is sicker is the attitude of such hospital personnel who sits at front desk that makes situation SICKER.

Crazy humid serve! Wait here for 4 more hours! Going to the river hospital to pay for the rm1 is not as slow as it is ... Well then I will never come here again ... Very poor service !!!!
