Good hotel with nice breakfast. The amneties and alsl the baths need renovation tough.

The room is clean and the breakfast is okay, especially because I can enjoy the hot spring.

Aging grand hotel with junior management and disappointing service level & lack of charm

Well-rested, excellent service, the staff responds to the smallest requests, is located in a quiet area 2km from the lake, the spa exceeds all expectations, the water is therapeutic, the breakfast is excellent, score 5 points.

The house has charm. With the park and its trees, the lobby with seating, wings and sweeping stairs up to the bar and restaurants, a slightly different atmosphere is conveyed. The room facilities are not up to scratch, but are clean, functional and quite tastefully selected. About small imperfections such as wear and tear of certain components in the public domain, one can confidently overlook or simply accept as a little patina. The consistently friendly and helpful staff, the generous and until 21:30 open bathing facilities make it easy. Those who are more sensitive to children's laughter should not plan their bathing fun on the weekend. For excursions, the highway on the one or the center on the other side in a few driving / walking minutes.

Very good hotel, perfect breakfast!
Access to the thermal baths is very pleasant. The only downside: the limitation of the number of people in the facilities of the relaxation area (sauna, hammam, etc.) which, although necessary due to the Covid, requires queuing; a little frustrating.
The reception staff are lovely.

Does not correspond to 4 stars. The hotel is pretty shabby and in poor condition. There were stains on the carpets everywhere, the ceiling was peeling off on the balcony, we had dirty towels in the bathroom, the plug of the lamp had to be pulled out to turn it off. The room had a protruding smell. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
The adjoining thermal bath is also rather old and smelly, the 'spa' area which costs extra is very small and not a nice ambience. (Because of Corona only 2 people are allowed in the sauna, steam bath or pool and about 15 others have stood around waiting. The hotel is not worth the price and really not recommendable!

Beautiful to relax. The hotel is well located and has access to the facilities of Yverdon-les-Bains. The thermal area is excellent. The hotel is not far from the center of Yverdon (10 minutes walk).

Top restaurant, the baths are very good. Maid the rooms really very average
(room 329) peeling wallpaper ect .... For the high price. Breakfast at the top. Personal good too. Just a little tip, the waiter followed me to ask if I had signed the note. I will first have to ask the person who served us before running to the customers (for a gourmet its not too much.)

For a 4 star hotel, the cleanliness is just enough, but everything seems (especially the thermal bath with relatively few intoxicating possibilities) rather outdated. Massage appointment booked a few days in advance for 2 people. One was picked up punctually, the other 20 'late, I have never experienced (5-10' I could handle).

Very good welcome, very nice staff, and the caipirinhas bar at the top, congratulations to the waiters! Very satisfied with my weekend in love.

Hotel with thermal baths, sauna, Hammam, massages. There are restaurants, a bar and free parking. You can also hire a bike at 15 fr.... rather expensive, considering the room rates.

The hot springs are really nice we just can relax comfortably ideal for chilling out.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, grounds are clean, pool facility's are good, recommended stay, clean rooms, all staff I spoke to spoke English.

I would have expected much more. The image on the internet says something different than what you then find: The rooms are so outdated that one, to put it mildly, is afraid that the plaster will fall off the wall. The mini-sauna of the swimming pool is not worth the money. Only the breakfast was ok. Will not go there for sure.

Rooms have everything you need! Great is the direct access to the spa. Also a private warm pool has the hotel. We like it! We will be back.

Be careful of air conditioning in the rooms so when it is 32 degrees outside it is 30 in and at night it is 28 degrees at 23 pm.
Following the response of the hotel manager, I think the argument is light. We are talking about a 4 star, not a formula 1. The argument of asking for a fan if it is hot is ridiculous.A fan has never cooled, it is brewing air, imagine a little hot air brewed at night ...... At MINIMA the Hotel could buy some mobile climbers (250th) for the most exposed rooms, so I paid for a 4 stars, benefits that I I partly appreciated BUT paying a 4-star to rest and get up in the morning and read that a "fan" would have repaired, I do not know if it's irresponsible or intellectually humiliating. have paid uncompleted benefits

Beautiful establishment. For a 4 * superior, the table service is unfortunately not up to par. Our meal last night with our friends has encountered some shortcomings: On the map: Ravioli .... while one in the plate (entrance)! Return from a plate in the kitchen because served almost cold (flat)! Waiting for 40 minutes, for serving dessert and more offbeat (1 person served then 15 minutes later the other three!) One of the desserts served on a plate with the rest of the label under the plate (which means that it was released without being washed!) The final bouquet: the delicacy of the person who brings us the note, here are his words: "I throw it on the table and we'll see who will pay?" Too bad, because the setting is beautiful and the food is delicious!

The pools are cool, location is very close to our house. Front office instruction was not very clear and badges for te entrance are full of bugs. The housekeeping picked up our towel on the floor and put it back. Not very worth the price maybe not gonna come back again.

Great hotel with a pleasant pool and connection to the thermal bath. Nice rooms. Only the prices in the in-house restaurant are a bit over the top, we always went out to eat after the first time. The food was still very good.

Vintage Grand Hotel of the first days. Beautifully puzzled, good mix between tradition and modernity. Nice welcome, professional service. Cool bar. Had rooms in the old part, nice size, clean with everything you need. If possible book a room for the yard. Could not use the infrastructure like pool, etc. due to the short time we were there. Breakfast very good. Prices rather lifted but considering the offer ok.

Nice well-run hotel. Price performance good. Also in bad weather nice swimming. Unfortunately many dogs are tolerated even in the private bath.

Great location, very cosy rooms. They might not be super modern but very clean and cosy. Insolation is great and the direct access to the therms is very convenient. The city itself also worth the visit.

We felt comfortable, although the expectations of a grand hotel were not quite fulfilled. In my view, some investments would be necessary to shine in a contemporary or even new light.

The most amazing hotel. Brilliant service and the best spa facilities have ever experienced. Swimming in the rain was an experience not to miss.

The restaurant is not up to a star! Too much waiting. The dishes are served warm and not hot. We are, however, well received and the rooms are very clean and pleasant.

Whenever I called down to reception for something, they were at the room within minutes. They were very helpful at arranging special requests for me.

Always a good reference. But it seems that now it's part of a chain. The attention to the welfare of the customer is less sincere. Error assigning room, twin beds instead of grand lit, expressemz asked by spoken and written. The receptionist barely apologizes. The standing of the rooms remains at the height, majestic breakfast.
