If I could give this a zero I would. I went there for when this business opened this morning to ship a DHL package. The lady was late opening and was very rude. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.
Rajesh was very helpful, kind and considerate while handing me my Purolator parcel. I got there right before close and he was still willing to help me, and even gave me a sweet little pencil. Thank you Rajesh!
I would give this zero stars if I could. Their delivery agents A.) make zero effort to get into my building like Amazon and Canada post do B.) cannot me phone upon delivery but that is a corporate policy so no hard feelings, C.) did not buzz my intercom on arrival either time and D.) the rep on the phone has stopped talking to me without hanging up several times and is very dismissive and unhelpful when dealing with re-deliveries. I would rather eat garbage than deal with this delivery service again.
Worst delivery service ever. They don't even try to deliver your package. We have doorbell camera's. Your guy never showed up. I have to drive across the city to pick it up a package your lazy delivery driver didn't deliver. Even worse is having your guy call me to pick up my package... And literally tell me he can't read.
I m very happy with the fast service and staff dealing.
The absolute worse deliver service available... honestly I gain nothing by sharing this & I do my best to avoid them altogether . %100 of packages do not arrive . When I call to find out why I'm given excuses and need to retrieve myself...
The Lady working when I went was super polite and quick, which is what we need during covid times.
Pros:
The staff seems friendly enough.
Cons:
The signage for the business is barely existent.
Their hours are apparently approximate.
PS: It's August 26th, more than 5 months into COVID. Unless your business has an infection please don't use that as an excuse. And at least update your hours.
