This was my first time using Pure Air. Our repairman had retired and recommended that this is who we call. They were on time and professional. Furnace was in and installed two days before originally quoted. Everything has worked great! I will be calling them back for any future issues!

Pure Air Heating, Cooling & Air Duct Cleaning delivers exceptional service! It is never an enjoyable experience to have your air conditioning system go out during a Central Illinois summer. Tim made the process of choosing a new unit less overwhelming. He listened to what our expectations were for a new unit and gave us choices based on those expectations. The unit we chose was ordered and installation was planned to accommodate our schedules. Tim Emery and Kenny Young arrived promptly on installation day. Both worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old unit and install the new one in a timely manner. No mess was left behind. Tim made sure to adjust the speed on the unit according to our preference so that it runs quietly. I don t think we realized just how much our old system was lacking the new unit delivers ice cold air! I couldn t be more pleased with the work Tim Emery and Kenny Young did! Tim was very helpful diagnosing a clothes drier that was not drying. He ran his duct cleaner and quickly pulled out a birds nest and a wad of lint, fixing the problem.
Tim also noticed that the line going to the drier was copper, and should NOT be used with natural gas!

Our AC stopped working on us during a hot weather streak and we called several places who didn t even give us a call back. Tim answered in the evening the very first attempt we made to call him, and he came the very next morning and fixed us up! We used Pure Air for cleaning our air ducts. They did a great job! They were very efficient and left our home spotless!

Extremely happy with the work Tim and his crew did. Very professional, yet very personable and easy to work with. Also, very quick turn around from coming out and giving estimate to completing the job. Stayed true to estimate and beat out other estimates in the area by a big margin. Got the job done in the time he said he would and would have cleaned up the entire job site had I not insisted it wasn't necessary because of more upcoming work being done in the same area.

If you need work done, don't hesitate to call Pure Air before you go with someone else. You will be pleasantly surprised by the all around great/better job (than I've seen most do) at a much better price. Would not hesitate to call again for future needs. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the work done by Tim and his crew at Pure Air. When we had problems with our old air conditioning system, Tim stopped by and checked it out for us. He told me what was going on with it and even showed me what he was talking about. Because of the age and problems, he suggested a replacement unit rather than wasting more money on our 27 year old one. He asked me what my expectation for a new unit were and gave suggestions. He came up with several options based on what I was looking for. My wife and I ended up choosing an American Standard heat pump that Tim had suggested. He also offered a 2 year, interest free loan option through Wells Fargo that was too good to pass up. Tim ordered the new unit and scheduled a date for removal and install. Tim and his crew were prompt and prepared when they arrived to dig into the project. The removal and install took about one day. They removed the old unit, fabricated the intake/stand and exhaust adapters, installed the new unit inside and out with new thermostat. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Tim said he wanted to return the next day and pull a good vacuum on the unit before charging the AC system with refrigerant. He was very meticulous about this procedure and explained the importance of a very high vacuum to achieve a very low contaminated moisture condition in the system. He is a firm believer in creating a very pure internal refrigeration environment for efficiency and longevity of the pump. He was right, the air conditioning is nice and cold out of the vents. I checked his workmanship out myself. The fit and finish looks wonderful. His line fittings and routing are orderly, clean and professionally done. His electrical work is tucked, wrapped, secured and properly covered. Everything inside and out was put in place when they finished. No missing bolts, screws, no loose hanging wires, no scratches, dings or dents that I can see. The unit was slightly different in size than our old one so Tim made an adapter to the intake box and adapted to our current duct work. Now it is better engineered and a much cleaner looking overall finish than our previous unit ever was. So far, I am very pleased with the product and workmanship of Tim and his crew at Pure Air. I recommend anyone looking for a great quality product and workmanship to give them a try.

Pure Air has been the "GO TO" company for all my Central Air and Heat for a few years now. The local HVAC guy in my area retired and was worried about finding a trustworthy replacement. Tim has not only met my expectations in regards trust worthiness but has exceeded them. Tim has always responded quickly each and every time I have called with problems. He has kept the heater working in the winter and the a/c working in the summer. You can't beat his prices either!..Always a positive, friendly attitude, just can't say enough positive things about Pure Air Heating and Cooling Tim and his crew!!

We had a 5 star experience with Pure Air Heating/Cooling. We contacted them for what we thought was a minor furnace problem that turned out to be major. The servicemen were efficient, respectful and very thorough. Using a camera, they were able to locate several holes up inside the furnace and were able to save us from what could have been a very serious carbon monoxide problem. The furnace was disconnected for our safety. Since they knew that I would be there alone, and do not drive, they immediately asked if there was anything I needed to have picked up before they left. Above and beyond routine service!
We were told they would do everything possible to get us a new furnace ASAP. They were true to their word , and contacted us within an hour that a furnace had been secured and they could be back with our new furnace the next am.
After installing the new furnace, it was noticed a few hours later that it wasn t heating properly. Once they were contacted, they were back within minutes and worked diligently and determined it was a manufacturers defect. The part was replaced , and the repairman then waited to make certain it was properly functioning and we had heat before he left. We could not recommend this company more... 10 out of 10 in every way

Tim responded within hours to my mother's home when her A/C stopped working. He removed the 40 year old worn out system and installed new A/C and furnace the next day. Excellent workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

We noticed the furnace was not working Christmas Eve at 9:30 at night. I text Tim and he called me back and walked through a few simple things to check and found a motor was not running. He had the parts and came out to fix the heat that night. Great service and care for the customer.

We had a 5 star experience with Pure Air Heating and Cooling. Contacted them about a heating problem that turned out to be major. We needed a new furnace. Within two days they had a new furnace ordered, picked up and installe d A+ experience and reasonably priced!!

We went to turn on our air a couple weeks ago due to our house getting warm and holding humidity and it wouldn't work. Tim and crew came out right away to check the problem. We ended up having a couple major issues. They had to order a part but as soon as it came in, they were back at our house fixing them. They did great work and explained everything in great detail so I understood what was going on.

We called Tim to have our air conditioning unit checked out. It was functioning but not quite as quick to cool as it should be. Tim came out cleaned the outer unit, checked the Freon level, checked the filter in the basement, and made sure the unit was putting out the coldest air possible. He was quick, efficient, personable, and gave us excellent service. He answered all of our questions and even gave us some suggestions to keep our unit running in the best shape possible. We would highly recommend using Tim for all of your heating, cooling, and air duct cleaning needs! Best service for the price and he is extremely reliable. Well done Pure Air. You ve got a customer for life.

My heat went out on January 4. I had been sick for several weeks.. He showed up in minimal time. He was very polite. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Explained to me exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend his service. I will never call anyone else!!
