Do not buy a alternator from this place. They let Jon go and have no dependable people to build quality products. Service is trash and they don't stand behind products. If you want to buy from good people and buy quality then go look somewhere else cause you won't find that here.

My first time buying a high output altenator and it was terrible even tho jon said he was going to talk to singer and apex and "tell them about me" i went with singer for a altenator i waisted a month and a half on these guys over a altenator 1st time buying one and the only good part about it was Andrew he is a nice guy i could care less for jon he was also rude to me durring the purchase processes when i asked for a invoice he acted like he wasnt even worried about the order at all a week or so went by after sending payment i asked about my charging voltage and what needed to be done to set it higher he blew up on me and told me he was going to put my order on hold for no reason i wasnt changing anything up about the order. I finnaly got the altenator and had a problem with it was told a part had to be switched out and it would be shipped back to me same day as fix there wasnt even a problem it was durring install and instead of jon letting me know he avoids my messages then he commented on facebook saying he isnt going to message me back any quicker jon is not an adult. He took it all to social media i had people telling me i need to give up my hobbie that i love with a passion over this incedent i would NOT recomend these people they dont care about

Although we had to return a failed starter, the customer service was good enough to replace it- they warranty their work. This is our go-to place for re-manufactured starters and such for our heavy equipment. Thanks!

I once took an alternator there to get rebuilt. They got it done within 2 days (it may have actually been ready the next day). They also sell car batteries. I got a AC/Delco battery for my truck that was cheaper than a comprable model at Walmart.
