This is such a great place and learning experience for the kids in our community. I also like they they host different events as well.

This non-profit has so many services to offer! Programs for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers - discounted massages, free healthy living classes (yoga, exercise, Tai chi, healing touch, and much more), free group & one-on-one counseling, free nutrition services to help those going through chemo treatment stay strong and healthy. Free senior health education programs that cover many topics. Diabetes Prevention Program, for no cost. Youth Health Education in many topic areas, in house in their five theaters, or outreach within classrooms. Mental health programs and trainings for youth and adults, including QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), Signs of Suicide, Youth Mental Health First Aid, online screening. Overall excellent resource for everyone in the community.

I am attending a pre-diabetes class here. There are some really great classes for seniors through the Encore program. You need to check them out.

It was a Senior Health Fair. It was par excellent and informative.

Love the support group on Wednesdays 1-3. Seth is awesome.

They were the absolute best. Lots of info and resources for cancer patients and the oncoolgy massage therapists were the best I ever had and those massages gave me great peace in a diffcult time. 10 stars if I could with much, much love. I will never forget your skill, kindness, and compassion.Thank you!!!

Good place to go with younger children. The center explains everything needed for a healthy body, such as exercise, healthy foods, along with how to brush teeth and keep those healthy.
