Purdue West Pizza Hut Review

We had reservations, and yet there was NO pizza on the buffet. After waiting about half an hour, there were two specialty pizzas. This was at peak time Saturday evening. The waitress took 20 minutes before coming to our table to get drink orders, and then another 20 minutes before refills. One man in our group was over charged at the checkout, but did not realize it until he received the final receipt. When he complained, he was told the clerk rang up the wrong bill, so he would be charged for BOTH bills and wait 4-5 days for the refund to hit his bank card! Unacceptable. We won't be back.

The pizza was really nice. The bread had a crispy crust and a soft fluffy texture. The toppings were good too. It lacked something that I can't pinpoint. It lacked a kick. I added some crushed pepper and salt, but it didn't do the trick.

NEVER AGAIN will i return to this Pizza Hut. Although my food was very tasty, my waitress was very unprofessional and rude. I may be wrong, but I think her name was Amber? Cannot really remember as she brought me my drink and that was that. Her attitude to her customers is beyond unethical. I've ate at this location a select amount of times before, and had no problems with any other servers. Hope to see some improvement and changes before I will return here.

The buffet was bad. The pizza had been sitting out for awhile. My kids who love pizza could only stomach one slice. We won't be going back to this particular location again.

Have to get Pizza Hut every once is a while. Nobody can make a pizza like them.

I like their pizza, but they've left off toppings I've paid for a couple times now.

This place was grease covered and the service was bad.

Salad was good I would get this if you want something light and quick bite to eat

Buffet is always well stocked and clean. Staff is nice.

I work here. Try the wings. I think they're better than the pizza.
