We had reservations, and yet there was NO pizza on...

We had reservations, and yet there was NO pizza on the buffet. After waiting about half an hour, there were two specialty pizzas. This was at peak time Saturday evening. The waitress took 20 minutes before coming to our table to get drink orders, and then another 20 minutes before refills. One man in our group was over charged at the checkout, but did not realize it until he received the final receipt. When he complained, he was told the clerk rang up the wrong bill, so he would be charged for BOTH bills and wait 4-5 days for the refund to hit his bank card! Unacceptable. We won't be back.
