Food was really good and the waitress was very helpful

Was here for a party once and ordered the parmesan wings. Third wing in, i pulled it apart from another and discovered...blue chicken!! It was totally uncooked! Nasty, especially as i'd had some surrounding ones, but understandable...except how the manager handled it. He literally tried to convince me the chicken was not raw, it was just veined...sorry even if i was wrong, you're really going to try to convince me to eat chicken i think is raw?? FINALLY he admitted the chickens are frozen, and sometimes get frozen together. But then had the audacity to only offer to replace the two...like no, i am not going to eat any remaining HAVE YOU HEARD OF CROSS CONTAMINATION...THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A MANAGER EVER. Young looking guy, brown hair. Totally dense. One star because the food isn't terrible. I can't believe "award winning wings" come frozen, either.

2018: They make great pizza and the staff is wonderful.

Edit July 2019 : don't get the garlic sauce. It's sweet and makes the pizza taste like yuck.

Also recently pizza crust has been very dry and powdery.

Staff was friendly and quick to find my order. Online order experience was very nice.

The food and atmosphere are good. The fact that you have to wait 30+ minutes for them to replace things at the buffet is not. Don t waste your money in this place. There are 5 people here at 8:00 pm and it s taken them more than half an hour to replace the cinnamon sticks.

Went out to eat with the fam. The salad bar here is always fantastic. The pizza bar was also well stocked and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. The waitress we had was very thorough and did a great job.

If you are in one/two hours time crunch, I'd suggest not to visit this place. You never know how long it takes for you to come out of this place.

Pizza and salad bar was good and we had great service!

First time trying the buffet. The salad bar was awesome, lots of choices. The pizza bar was good too, lots to offer. They did a pretty good job of keeping the pizzas rotated and bringing new ones out. The bread sticks, however, were like rocks. The pasta was great. Our waitress was very attentive and even asked what kind of pizza I wanted, bringing me fresh spinach pizza right to my table.

Pizza Hut? i cant even tug really hard on the workers hair like at grong long silvers!!! The walls are beautiful! I once saw Obama there. He said "Id like a big chunky gross pizza" and i'll tell you what with a ring of a bell they got that served right up! 5 stars!

it was good pizza, but it's just very expensive. There are so many better cheaper pizza options in both Lafayette and West Lafayette, I don't think I'll be back to pizza hut unless i really Need a taco pizza.

Today, 08 September 2019. 11:15~11:45 a.m.. very weak pizza buffet. We arrived 15 minutes after opening and what little pizza was out there was already picked-over and drying out. We waited and waited for the fresh pizzas promised by the waiter but ultimately we paid and left. They also seem to have forgotten the usual pasta as well, as there was none on the buffet. The salad bar was OK. This place is hit and miss...
EDIT 10.08.2019: See below response from "corporate" - It seems odd that they reply to me to please contact them with the location of the Pizza Hut we visited? The review is about the specific Pizza Hut we visited... hmmm? I'm not a free handout seeker. The objective is to do well when we are there, to offer me deals or coupons to get me to come back doesn't work for me.

This is easily the best Pizza Hut I have visited. The food is consistently tasty, the staff are competent and friendly, the restaurant is clean, and you can still dine-in here with a waiter and enjoy the buffet. None of those things apply to most other Pizza Huts that I have visited the past few years.

The environment was nice and relaxed. Family came from out of town and we spent about 2 hours talking and enjoying pizza. Server served us with asking question or did he ever start ignoring us. I was impressed

Lunch buffet is well worth it. Staff is excellent about keeping it stocked and rotating in fresh pizza at regular intervals

Never have enough pizza for buffet at lunch. Especially when you take the whole crew to lunch.

Person who answered the.phone.stated they did not deliver to me. Would not give me the location of the franchise that would deliver to my address. The person I spoke to seemed on drugs.

Everyone's been to Pizza Hut. It's one of the largest pizza chains in the country. It's predictable. They cater to the center of the bell-curve majority of pizza eaters with a selection of very average pizzas.

They do offer a wide variety of pizzas and a number of interesting crusts. Their thin crust is among the better thin crusts offered in the area. Their Taco Pizza is rather bland. It consists of some cheese and ground meat baked onto a pizza crust, then it's pulled out and piled high with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and tortilla chips (strange). This could be a very good pizza if they put some cilantro and hot sauce on it, but as it is, it's like eating a salad.

Veggie pizza signature with tacos and original cheese stuffed crust. Loved it

Worst visit ever had to remake my pizza did not even care to offer me anything because they can't follow simple steps

I ordered pizza from the West Lafayette Pizza Hut at 5 pm. Order has yet to arrive at 6:11 pm. Tried to call the West Lafayette Piza Hut, their number has been disconnected?? Not sure how I am supposed to get my pizza.

Pizza is good. Service is good. There is a room that is perfect for groups up to forty.

Look. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite chain pizza place... But I swear to God anymore they can't get an order right to save a life. And the locations are all SO filthy. Like...ugh. At the same time... It's pizza... Pizza doesn't actually score lower than a 4 ever...

This is one of my favorite places in town but some weird thing happened today. The waitress told me that my go-home pizza would be ready within 15 minutes but I literally waited for 44 minutes for a pizza. I am very much disappointed with the management. The waitress who took my order wasn't there and other waitress even didn't have to ask or listen my question. FINALLY, after all their customers were gone, one waitress came to me and asked if I had ordered anything. Well!

They gave us the wrong pizza and for the first time in a long time we didn't check before we drove away. Got home and one pizza was right and the other was wrong. So we drove the 12 miles back to get the right one. 48 miles of driving for a pizza was not in our plans that evening. I won't trust that I got what I ordered without checking again.

Good pizza but I still miss the old recipe from the 80s

Such REMARKABLE customer service given by Manager Connor and General Manager Joe! While I was overly upset with the issue I had, they remained calm and understanding and resolved my problem with the upmost respect and courtesy, which I was completely undeserving of given how rude I was over the phone. I cannot commend them enough for their exception display of customer service, they deserve a raise, seriously!! Thank you Pizza Hut for hiring employees like them, it s the reason I will continue to be a consistent customer!

Pretty good but a little inconsistent, at least with take-out orders. I haven't dined in the restaurant yet. On more than one occasion items that have been paid for have been missing. Pizzas are usually pretty good but toppings can be skimpy at times.

Good food and decent service. I highly recommend getting the "Hut Favorite" crust flavoring.

Went here on July 4th. I know it s a holiday and people don t want to work, I get that.

Had the lunch buffet and after it started, 30 minutes later and they still had only put out a few pizzas. The buffet sat at least half empty.

The salad bar was well stocked.

The server was complaining about having to work and made it clear since it was a holiday and not the normal lunch crowd, no money would be made with tips.

This went on and on and we could hear the server saying this to multiple tables. Complaining of the wage, working the holiday, and lack of tips.

We did leave a more than normal tip because we were there on a holiday.

It s an ok place, nothing special, employees seem miserable.

Deducted 2 stars for service and not keeping pizza stocked on buffet.

The pizza was great. The service was impeccable, the restrooms and dining area was as clean as can be. I have also dined here in the past, and the salad bar, the ability to have beer or wine, the above- average astherics and the, generally, delightful wait staff, make this Pizza Hut a surprisingly enjoyable place ro grab a bite to eat. It's also conveniently located right off of 26, which is nice... A four- star rating because, even though everything was as good as can be, and even above- average in some areas, at the end of the day, it's still chain- store pizza...

The curb side pick up worked great. Ordered on phone and within 16 min or so they'll bring it out to you.

I love Pizza Hut because the food is good, but also because they make things right if they screw up. One time I asked for extra spinach since they had been stingy with the spinach. I paid for the extra topping and it still was stingy with the spinach. I took a survey on the receipt and talked about what happened. After a few days, a DM emailed me and said they were going to talk to the place and they were going to send me a couple coupons for free pizza, which they did. I didn't think they would take me seriously but they did. I have a lot more respect for Pizza Hut because of this.

Seemed a bit rushed in preparation had a 1/4 of the pizza missing some of the toppings. It was also soggy, not sure how that happens we called and set the time for pick up and showed up right at the time directed. So with that being said this location fell short on my expectations.

I walked in, and they tried to serve me! Ey, what a laugh.

My waitress Ally very pleasant & attentive. I enjoyed that she made sure I was taken care and never looked as if it were a chore to do so. I noticed that she was also very attentive to her other guests!!! She definitely did a great job!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

The relative price is also the absolute price. It is much cheaper than Shanghai. For example, a big meat lover is more than 13 knives. But we have to eat it several times. It is 10 knives, covered with sausage and beef chicken. I am afraid only Shanghai. Half of the price of the same thing is not
But in recent times, the pizza is a bit too salty, I don t know why.

West layfette pizza hut was not very good when it came to the food and the prices were so much higher than any other pizza hut we have went to
