Puma Group Reviews

I've owned a PUMA wristwatch for over 20 years and wanted Puma to know the exact model name. One might think that this would be an easy task. With Puma you can see it differently! It took FIVE months to Puma to give me a final and completely unsatisfactory answer. Here's the answer:
"Unfortunately, we currently have no information about the article you want, because this is an old model and is no longer in the PUMA production line. We encourage you to contact a local dealer and authorized partners such as Amazon for more information. "
IT IS A PUMA WATCH! and Puma can not comment on that? I doubt the Amazon what to say, since the clock is older than Amazon is active in Germany?
Anyway - a very ridiculous achievement of Puma, anyway!
Speaking of ridiculous .... Puma is sitting in Herzogenaurach on Puma WAY 1! Way? is Herzogenaurach in the USA or is it an American company ??

Puma can t deliver a simple order on its Amazon marketplace, as they were told by pitiful UPS delivery partner chosen by them to fulfil what hasn t been fulfilled that couldn t be delivered due to an invented address error, so don t expect much to happen if you made the mistake to get your hands on one of their products, as you ll never get it due to not being able to find the address on planet Earth. Maybe in their case would work in a space of making way to the ones who actually deliver successfully on a daily basis.
It s even worse when you think that it comes from a Puma s german branch.
