Purchased a couple of items here. Store is great no complaints it is always neat when I walk in there. Sometimes its a hit or miss with employees as far as being friendly and patient while making a decision on what kind of shoe you want to purchase but other then that it's a great store to visit to kill time and browse

They need to differentiate the difference between men's and women's sizes when it comes to Van's and converse. If you are working for journeys and I come in to ask for a pair of Van's or converse then you should know how to convert the size to women's automatically. I am not aware that these shoes runs big for women. I would not expect the person who was helping me to get an attitude because she had to run back downstairs to bring me another pair of shoes. Previous to this I also happened to purchase a pair of Van's in the same journeys downtown Brooklyn for my daughter to be shipped to California. I specifically emphasized that it was for a woman. I ask for an 8.5 and that's the size that was bought to me. The shoes happens to be too big for my daughter but now she is stuck with them because I sent it to her without a box. Also bought home a pair of Van's that are huge, and when a pair of vans is too big on your feet it doesn't wear well. I hope that they get some specific training on this issue. This is very disappointing.

Really lovely and helpful staff, I found exactly what I was looking for. However the sales assistant sold me some socks that she said were great with vans and they're rubbish and don't do the job they're supposed to do (stay on your feet)

I shopped at this store over a year ago and had a pleasant experience. Haven't purchased anything out of here since. Last night I was looking a my bank statement and there were 3 Charges from this store all in a matter of minutes. I called my bank to open a investigation. Today I wanted to talk to a manager at the store to let them know incase if it was an employee being dishonest. I called 5 times when the store opened and another 3 times midday. Mo one picked up the phone. I can see if it was busy but to call a store 8 times in one day and no one answered seems a little shady to me.

The best service we ever had in a shoe store. From the moment you walk in, there is a greeter sho welcomes you. Every staff member acknowledged us and greeted us.
Our sales person was so thoughtful and very relaxed. Don t worry, we just get you all you need and we will find the one that fits

Don t use Apple Pay here. I went to this store to use Apple Pay and their system said declined (even though I had the money on my account), but it still charged me $117.41. I figured the charge would fall off but it hasn t and it has left the status of being a pending transaction to a settled transaction. I tried contacting the store twice since. The first time an employee gave me the number for their headquarters after they claimed not to see any transaction of the amount in their system. Headquarters took my information and said they would email me within 12 hours, but I haven t gotten an email from them yet. And the second time I called the store no one would help me at all they literally put the phone down and I heard everything going on for almost 10 minutes. Absolutely infuriating.
